Hidden costs & inflexible Hidden costs (e.g. mandatory insurance, overpriced required locks, rate changes)....accommodating while moving in (e.g. cheap truck usage), but not possible to use the truck that never moves while moving out & after spending thousands with them....poor unit access to any medium to large truck....snotty management. Doubt I would ever use them again.

After our toy-hauler was broken into we asked about the cameras....answer was, oh, sorry we don't have them or they weren't working in the area we rented. I'm writing this while "on hold" for their SureSmart/Great American Insurance customer service; 20 mins and holding. Cube Smart: the only Business in Las Vegas without any A.C.!!! The swamp cooler at Cube Smart at2121 Rock Springs has been broken from mid May until current!@ !! Ive ventured into my storage with 3 different thermometers .temp has varied from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. OTHER renters & myself have spoken with coorperate mgrs with big titles, have e mailed ,texted,complained,contacted BBB as our contents melt in this hell box. Its inhumane to hire movers as that would be torture!. And the upper mgement continues to lie about when it will be fixed!!!l What Business in LVstays open without Air? I just wanna say for me personally For… I just wanna say for me personally For what I am going through right now. That led me to cube. Smart has been a very challenging situation. And I just want to say that Bob. Was the greatest!! while I was doing my paperwork. We had little chats about family, it children animals. Ect Totally took me to a place and reminded me of what is important and we all dad face challenges. He also had some great Suggestions suggestions on how to protect my personal belongings. Better while after hearing I had a bad experience with another place, So thank you, Bob for being as hospitable as you were.
