Cube Smart: the only Business in Las Vegas without any A.C.!!! The swamp cooler at Cube Smart at2121 Rock Springs has been broken from mid May until current!@ !! Ive ventured into my storage with 3 different thermometers .temp has varied from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. OTHER renters & myself have spoken with coorperate mgrs with big titles, have e mailed ,texted,complained,contacted BBB as our contents melt in this hell box. Its inhumane to hire movers as that would be torture!. And the upper mgement continues to lie about when it will be fixed!!!l What Business in LVstays open without Air? Cube Smart is a negligent awful storage company

My truck was vandalized as someone was… My truck was vandalized as someone was trying to steal it. Definitely an inside job. Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none. I am looking into starting a class action lawsuit and would like other customers that had a similar experience join me. Please contact me

Stay away!! Where do I start? When I signed up for a locker I was told my rent would start on the 1st of each month. When I went to pay they insisted that I would lose my locker if I didn't pay on the day I was there making my rent due on the 20th instead of the 1st which caused me to be late monthly. THEN after about a year, I went there to pick up an item and found that the lock hasp had been hack-sawed. I contacted the management and they informed me that it was like that when I moved in - IT WAS NOT. I went back the following week, more saw marks, dents in the door and the hasp had been pried and actually had pulled one of the bolts through the metal. STILL nothing was done. I purchased a new hasp on my own from an online distributor and got the wrong one so I had to purchase another ($40 total for both). Now the door only opens 1/2 way because I had to put large washers on to hold the hasp in place. On to the next rant...Elevator was out of service for close to a year. They'd like you to believe that there are security cameras BUT they are only located at the elevators giving crooks plenty of time to saw your hasp off. Did I mention that there are people living in the storage units? There was an occasion I went to get a few items and a woman was doing her laundry in the restroom AND using 2 carts. I said something about it to the attendant who told me that as long as her cube was paid that there was nothing he could do. There's very little lighting in the unit, so I brought in a drop light so I could see what I was doing while getting things out. Recently the decided to remove all the outlets so now I have to use a flashlight. There a seldom carts available so if you need a cart, bring your own. The only good thing I can say is the staff are polite and professional.

28% rate increase Rented multiple units, within 6 months the rent increased 28 percent on each unit. A small rate increase each year is one thing, but 28 percent after only six months is absurd. The building hasn't changed, utilities didn't rise, so the only reason the company is increasing rates is for pure GREED.

YOU STINK! West Des Moines, IA location West Des Moines, IA If you're looking for OUTSIDE storage, keep looking. They advertise being well-lit, and secure; that is a joke. After our toy-hauler was broken into we asked about the cameras....answer was, oh, sorry we don't have them or they weren't working in the area we rented. I'm writing this while "on hold" for their SureSmart/Great American Insurance customer service; 20 mins and holding. I detest companies with "America" in their name that have horrible service, do better or get out of business!
