GBIncrease rent 50$ every 3 months Same as many others. Don’t rent here because they lure you in with discount then jack up price 50$ because as the district manager stated they don’t need to be customer client focused if we leave they can rent it again easy. They have zero client loyalty he said price is market driven and the computer runs it all. Nice anti-customer marketing. I have 3 units and what do I do Now but write reviews hoping to help others not to be swindled

The nice working attendance name Patricia and LA They worked hard To make me feel comfortable in working through the experience of Renting a unit. all the questions I had to ask and they was right on point. They had a lot of patience and work with me. I would definitely be back at Valley Streams storage cube smart. They are a perfect team that work together. And that's what's important.

GBCube Smart: the only Business in Las Vegas without any A.C.!!! The swamp cooler at Cube Smart at2121 Rock Springs has been broken from mid May until current!@ !! Ive ventured into my storage with 3 different thermometers .temp has varied from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. OTHER renters & myself have spoken with coorperate mgrs with big titles, have e mailed ,texted,complained,contacted BBB as our contents melt in this hell box. Its inhumane to hire movers as that would be torture!. And the upper mgement continues to lie about when it will be fixed!!!l What Business in LVstays open without Air? Cube Smart is a negligent awful storage company

GBHidden costs & inflexible Hidden costs (e.g. mandatory insurance, overpriced required locks, rate changes)....accommodating while moving in (e.g. cheap truck usage), but not possible to use the truck that never moves while moving out & after spending thousands with them....poor unit access to any medium to large truck....snotty management. Doubt I would ever use them again.
