This system is cok up This system is cok up. They will messed up ur collection and failed attempt up to 10 timws in a row whereby u have to use thw stupid software to contact their cs and the cs are ao unrealible when they tried to shift responsibility. Not just that they will anyhow CHARGE u extras by claiming weight discrepancy whixh ia totally untrue

No.1 Unprofessional They are probably the most unprofessional of all delivery providers at the moment. They will not pickup your parcels on time. They will NOT call you to check if you are in for parcel collection either. Worst of all, they will LIE about pickups and NOT inform in your tracking that they had failed pickups. PLUS they do not have foot notes on how to ensure your parcel gets collected, or want to be received. Lastly, they have the AUDACITY to ask you to cancel and refund because they can't and will not fulfill your PAID delivery requests. Just close down please.
