No.1 Unprofessional They are probably the most unprofessional of all delivery providers at the moment. They will not pickup your parcels on time. They will NOT call you to check if you are in for parcel collection either. Worst of all, they will LIE about pickups and NOT inform in your tracking that they had failed pickups. PLUS they do not have foot notes on how to ensure your parcel gets collected, or want to be received. Lastly, they have the AUDACITY to ask you to cancel and refund because they can't and will not fulfill your PAID delivery requests. Just close down please.

NO NOT USING EASYPARCEL ANYMORE NO! I have been having missed pickup/collection since December of last year. Happened lots of times already, and no one can give me any reason why courier did not pickup. Pickup time is scheduled UNTIL 7PM, and their customer service is only until 6PM. So if your parcel is not collected, no one can help you anymore as customer service is already closed. Then you contact customer service the next day, they will set collection the next day again, so that is 3 days of DELAY for your collection. I understand that easyparcel is only the 3rd party and customer service is always passing the blame to the courier, but show at least some accountability because we are using your service. Just passing the blame to the courier, not giving me reason for missed up, just left me helpless. Because of delay, I had to shoulder Grabxpress pickup because my customers cannot afford anymore delays. Imagine how much money I have wasted. I am not using their service anymore. High recommend for an online business… High recommend for an online business to use or if you have a single parcel to send. I find their website is super easy and direct, and no hidden cost to book shipment. Currently, I am using EasyParcel to send ship to domestic and international countries.

Ease my delivery things with Easyparcel Things got simple when i first discovered EasyParcel. I just book couriers online when i wanted to send something, and they even came and pickup from my door. Awesome!
