SGNo.1 Unprofessional They are probably the most unprofessional of all delivery providers at the moment. They will not pickup your parcels on time. They will NOT call you to check if you are in for parcel collection either. Worst of all, they will LIE about pickups and NOT inform in your tracking that they had failed pickups. PLUS they do not have foot notes on how to ensure your parcel gets collected, or want to be received. Lastly, they have the AUDACITY to ask you to cancel and refund because they can't and will not fulfill your PAID delivery requests. Just close down please.

They even have tracking SMS notification from the seller who's using EasyParcel to inform me my parcel has been shipped. the parcel was nicely wrapped with pretty pink EasyParcel packaging which is quite attractive. my items arrived fast n safely with extra great service to make me happy.

SGEasyParcel platform is good BUT terrible suppliers To be fair, EasyParcel Customer Service is very GOOD and they kept follow up and follow through my case. BUT their suppliers SUCKSSS, my parcel was collected in mid-Nov and wasn't delivered in next 3-5 days. Then I kept chasing for an update and finally they returned the parcel to me after 10 weeks. It was a waste of time and effort
