SGIs like a scam Returned a pair of shoes to seller and I uses Easyparcel. It was about $56 cost to ship back to USA. This was done in Oct 22. When I login in Apr 23, I was surprised that the system indicate that there is discrepancy in weight. The weight I indicated is 1.5kg (a pair of shoes) and Easyparcel said is 3kg. Therefore, the total cost is $95 and I still owed them $39. Worst thing is customer service is useless, ask you to fill up form in a link. the form insist that you must have pictures of your parcel on a weighing scale to show is 1.5kg and the dimension. How ridiculous is this? How can a pair of shoes be 3kg? And they just insisted and ask you to pay more! Is like a scam!

MYReceived my items in good condition Received my items in good condition. They even have tracking SMS notification from the seller who's using EasyParcel to inform me my parcel has been shipped. the parcel was nicely wrapped with pretty pink EasyParcel packaging which is quite attractive. my items arrived fast n safely with extra great service to make me happy.

TWThis system is cok up This system is cok up. They will messed up ur collection and failed attempt up to 10 timws in a row whereby u have to use thw stupid software to contact their cs and the cs are ao unrealible when they tried to shift responsibility. Not just that they will anyhow CHARGE u extras by claiming weight discrepancy whixh ia totally untrue

PHHorrible Horrible! Shipment between Johor Bharu to Manila took17+ days, one week of which is sitting in the office in Manila. They claim to try to contact and deliver, but no one called and they didn't make an attempt to deliver. They send messages and ignore the responses with delivery instructions. Then they send out messages claiming you weren't home or didn't answer the phone bla bla bla. If you want to save money, I guess it works, but if you actually need your package delivered - call Fedex or DHL. Don't ship anything of value or time sensitive with this company, it will only end in tears.

SGI am very disappointed with the ways… I am very disappointed with the ways they handle my parcels. I had booked for 2 parcels under 2 tracking number to the same address & same receiver on 7.2.2023. End up 1 parcel had delivered and 1 parcel still did not send, the reason given is same tracking number had been used. I had attached photo with clearly stated is different tracking number. But they still want me to rebook and pay again. But why I need to pay for the mistake made by the courier company, and your customer service is threatening me that if I do not rebook it, your end will dispose my item. It is very ridiculous and unfair in which I have to pay for the mistakes that courier made. Your only gave me one day to action, but I had given your all 20 days to check, do you think is fair to me, None of CS call me regarding this matter. I had wrote many emails to them and still unable to solve!!!!
