I like the fact that it give me all the available couriers for me to compare the rates and types of services for me to pick. Plus, all the steps are very straight forward especially to book a shipment to send internationally within few minutes really impressed me!

No.1 Unprofessional They are probably the most unprofessional of all delivery providers at the moment. They will not pickup your parcels on time. They will NOT call you to check if you are in for parcel collection either. Worst of all, they will LIE about pickups and NOT inform in your tracking that they had failed pickups. PLUS they do not have foot notes on how to ensure your parcel gets collected, or want to be received. Lastly, they have the AUDACITY to ask you to cancel and refund because they can't and will not fulfill your PAID delivery requests. Just close down please.
