NO NOT USING EASYPARCEL ANYMORE NO! I have been having missed pickup/collection since December of last year. Happened lots of times already, and no one can give me any reason why courier did not pickup. Pickup time is scheduled UNTIL 7PM, and their customer service is only until 6PM. So if your parcel is not collected, no one can help you anymore as customer service is already closed. Then you contact customer service the next day, they will set collection the next day again, so that is 3 days of DELAY for your collection. I understand that easyparcel is only the 3rd party and customer service is always passing the blame to the courier, but show at least some accountability because we are using your service. Just passing the blame to the courier, not giving me reason for missed up, just left me helpless. Because of delay, I had to shoulder Grabxpress pickup because my customers cannot afford anymore delays. Imagine how much money I have wasted. I am not using their service anymore. They will messed up ur collection and failed attempt up to 10 timws in a row whereby u have to use thw stupid software to contact their cs and the cs are ao unrealible when they tried to shift responsibility. Not just that they will anyhow CHARGE u extras by claiming weight discrepancy whixh ia totally untrue
