EasyParcel platform is good BUT terrible suppliers To be fair, EasyParcel Customer Service is very GOOD and they kept follow up and follow through my case. BUT their suppliers SUCKSSS, my parcel was collected in mid-Nov and wasn't delivered in next 3-5 days. Then I kept chasing for an update and finally they returned the parcel to me after 10 weeks. It was a waste of time and effort

They will messed up ur collection and failed attempt up to 10 timws in a row whereby u have to use thw stupid software to contact their cs and the cs are ao unrealible when they tried to shift responsibility. Not just that they will anyhow CHARGE u extras by claiming weight discrepancy whixh ia totally untrue
