SGI am very disappointed with the ways… I am very disappointed with the ways they handle my parcels. I had booked for 2 parcels under 2 tracking number to the same address & same receiver on 7.2.2023. End up 1 parcel had delivered and 1 parcel still did not send, the reason given is same tracking number had been used. I had attached photo with clearly stated is different tracking number. But they still want me to rebook and pay again. But why I need to pay for the mistake made by the courier company, and your customer service is threatening me that if I do not rebook it, your end will dispose my item. It is very ridiculous and unfair in which I have to pay for the mistakes that courier made. Your only gave me one day to action, but I had given your all 20 days to check, do you think is fair to me, None of CS call me regarding this matter. I had wrote many emails to them and still unable to solve!!!!

SGBooked a QExpress pickup via EasyParcel… Booked a QExpress pickup via EasyParcel last Wed and the available date of pickup is Friday. No turn up by QExpress on Friday. On Monday, called QExpress and they claimed they aren't able to complete the pickup as no one was around on Sat when they came which was a lie coz no one came to pickup. Contacted Easyparcel for assistance and they could only send reminder for the courier to pickup again on Tue. Again on Tue, there's no pickup.

PHHorrible Horrible! Shipment between Johor Bharu to Manila took17+ days, one week of which is sitting in the office in Manila. They claim to try to contact and deliver, but no one called and they didn't make an attempt to deliver. They send messages and ignore the responses with delivery instructions. Then they send out messages claiming you weren't home or didn't answer the phone bla bla bla. If you want to save money, I guess it works, but if you actually need your package delivered - call Fedex or DHL. Don't ship anything of value or time sensitive with this company, it will only end in tears.

SGNo.1 Unprofessional They are probably the most unprofessional of all delivery providers at the moment. They will not pickup your parcels on time. They will NOT call you to check if you are in for parcel collection either. Worst of all, they will LIE about pickups and NOT inform in your tracking that they had failed pickups. PLUS they do not have foot notes on how to ensure your parcel gets collected, or want to be received. Lastly, they have the AUDACITY to ask you to cancel and refund because they can't and will not fulfill your PAID delivery requests. Just close down please.
