Keys were required to get into a closet where power was available … They offered no compensation. Today I found a tiny little card in the mail telling me my rate went up $80 a month. I get emails and text weekly from these people and yet the rate increase notice comes as a discreet little card in the mail. Extra space storage is owned and operated by cowards and thieves period!

Rodent infestation. Rodent infestation. We hired a company to move all my new and well-sealed boxes. One day I went to do an inventory to get rid of the things we had there and to our surprise our furniture was filled with rodent poop or something rolling. Rusty boxes by rodents. A complete disaster and total contamination of our things. The site manager was indifferent to our complaint. Because we had a month to month contract. The customer service of this location is hostile and have poor respect for clients and client belongings.

Facility is overrun with rodents Facility is overrun with rodents. There is NO FOOD of any sort in my unit. The FIRST night rodents ate the covers off several photograph storage boxes. I found droppings on virtually every surface, and inside any box not tightly sealed. Management says it is the fault of tenants storing food, while only one trap is installed for 30+ roll up doors in my location. Must move ASAP.
