GBHarassing phone calls Harassing phone calls. I block their number and they keep calling on new phone numbers. You cant get an actual person on the phone with their corporate office to try and file a complaint. Ive told them numerous times to stop calling me and they just dont care.

No lie -it must have happened 100 times to date. I would not recommend this company. What makes them think we would use their services after all this?

GBWe have been a customer for years We have been a customer for years, and our local company is great to work with. This 1 star review is about their business model and the constant calls from other companies trying to get our business. Every time we tell them we already have an account, they said they are not aware of this and some get pushy and rude. And this wasn't a few calls, they call sometimes a few times a day, and its been going on for weeks maybe months. This should be delt with at a corporate level making sure current customers are not harassed on a regular basis. Unishippers, if your trying to annoy your current customers, you are doing a great job. FIX THIS ASAP.

GBGreat experience I was initially pretty skeptical when I got a call/email about Unishippers. It seemed rather too good to be true. I was feeling optimistic, however, and I scheduled a phone call with my rep to further the conversation. She talked me through the process, the seamless integration into my shipping platform, and she even did invoice reviews with me the first few weeks. She eased my stress, and now I am saving about $1200 per month just on my shipping rates. I have referred other companies that I work alongside of over to my rep, and she's taken awfully great care of everybody.

CAThe worst ServiceEVER The worst ServiceEVER We were charged more than what was agreed upon on our first invoice. Our sales representative said he would check and fix any errors and requested us to continue shipping. After four weeks we did not receive any invoices nor an explanation for the excess amounts billed. We asked them to cancel our services and send us invoices so we can clear our payment due. They charged our credit card on file and did not send us any invoices. Luckily, we had limited exposure to them. We will file a dispute with our credit card company. It appears the staff is trained to sweet-talk customers into signing up for their services. Can't blame them as it appears the company follows a deceitful manner of attracting business.
