Aggressive Telemarketing from… Pending Resolution.........1 year of no calls and the review will be removed. Aggressive Telemarketing from Unishippers franchisee employees using personal cell phones to bypass being blocked. 3rd call of the day. As many as 7 different telemarketer scum calling in a single day. It is like a game of wack-a-mole. They don't accept no as an answer and are abusive to staff, management and ownership of the business. And it starts all over again. 3:40 PM April 10, 2024, Low Life Scum Mike Waldmen from Unishippers (name on caller ID and name stated by the caller) claiming to be from Alabama, but calling from 978 905 1845.

Long time customer trade show disaster Long time customer. Was happy overall. Having a nightmare right now. My full truckload was supposed to be picked up last Wednesday. No truck showed up. I called they said we do not have a driver. They said if I paid an additional $1,000 I could probably get a truck. I agreed they got a truck. Delivery was supposed to be Monday. I arrived at delivery location to receive on Monday. They said we will deliver on Tuesday. I showed up on Tuesday. They said we will deliver on Wednesday. I have a record of dozens of emails and phone calls. Nobody is contacting me. Nobody is able to give me definitive answers. I am beside myself. I am so let down. Please help.

Endless spam calls Endless spam calls. I've reported them to the FTC as they are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, for violating the Do Not Call registry. The TCPA also lets consumers take legal action against telemarketers who don't honor the national do-not-call list and collect $500 per call, for every phone call beyond the first one. Complete this process, hopefully they'll be fined into bankruptcy. Hopefully that gets something done, because as you can see from the countless 1 star reviews, they call every 1-2 weeks demanding to speak to "the owner" and persist even after being told we aren't interested, and that we told them this last week when they called, and every time before that. The worst part is, I handle phones for 3 of our brands and every one gets separate calls from Unishippers. So I get one of these calls at least 3 times every 2 weeks, across our 3 phone numbers. If you are a cold-caller working at Unishippers, please quit your job.

Highly Recommend Working with Unishippers has been an absolute god send. My process was a nightmare and quite honestly, I didn't know where or how to fix everything going on between FedEx and UPS. Love my rep at Unishippers and their support staff.

The worst ServiceEVER The worst ServiceEVER We were charged more than what was agreed upon on our first invoice. Our sales representative said he would check and fix any errors and requested us to continue shipping. After four weeks we did not receive any invoices nor an explanation for the excess amounts billed. We asked them to cancel our services and send us invoices so we can clear our payment due. They charged our credit card on file and did not send us any invoices. Luckily, we had limited exposure to them. We will file a dispute with our credit card company. It appears the staff is trained to sweet-talk customers into signing up for their services. Can't blame them as it appears the company follows a deceitful manner of attracting business.
