USHarassing phone calls Harassing phone calls. I block their number and they keep calling on new phone numbers. You cant get an actual person on the phone with their corporate office to try and file a complaint. Ive told them numerous times to stop calling me and they just dont care.

USAmazing Unishippers was able to save me around 22% on my shipping costs. I got a phone call one day from my rep. All I did was send over my latest invoices, they did a price comparison, set up a new account and I switched over from FedEx very seamlessly. They have great customer support and I’m always able to get ahold of my rep. Highly recommend!

USGreat experience I was initially pretty skeptical when I got a call/email about Unishippers. It seemed rather too good to be true. I was feeling optimistic, however, and I scheduled a phone call with my rep to further the conversation. She talked me through the process, the seamless integration into my shipping platform, and she even did invoice reviews with me the first few weeks. She eased my stress, and now I am saving about $1200 per month just on my shipping rates. I have referred other companies that I work alongside of over to my rep, and she's taken awfully great care of everybody.

USI am not one to write reviews I am not one to write reviews, but after reading all of these bad ones I had to add my two cents because I strongly disagree. I have been shipping with Unishippers for our UPS Ground shipments for just about a year now. The reviews made me really hesitant, but my rep from the Creative Control franchise in Boston, assured me she would reimburse me if I did not like what I saw. She is attentive, they have a PHENOMENAL customer service team & I have never seen an "added fee" like people are saying. My rates are the same now as they were 9 months ago. I seriously could not recommend this service any more. I am very satisfied.

USannoying cold calls Rates aren't as competitive as they claim. Constantly get cold calls from different reps every couple weeks. Pushy and got upset when I said we weren't interested in their services. Annoying, especially how pushy they've been this whole year.
