This 1 star review is about their business model and the constant calls from other companies trying to get our business. Every time we tell them we already have an account, they said they are not aware of this and some get pushy and rude. And this wasn't a few calls, they call sometimes a few times a day, and its been going on for weeks maybe months. This should be delt with at a corporate level making sure current customers are not harassed on a regular basis. Unishippers, if your trying to annoy your current customers, you are doing a great job. FIX THIS ASAP.

I am not one to write reviews I am not one to write reviews, but after reading all of these bad ones I had to add my two cents because I strongly disagree. I have been shipping with Unishippers for our UPS Ground shipments for just about a year now. The reviews made me really hesitant, but my rep from the Creative Control franchise in Boston, assured me she would reimburse me if I did not like what I saw. She is attentive, they have a PHENOMENAL customer service team & I have never seen an "added fee" like people are saying. My rates are the same now as they were 9 months ago. I seriously could not recommend this service any more. I am very satisfied.

They admittedly changed their billing technique and I haven't gotten a bill since. Now I'm in COLLECTIONS over bills I could pay 10 times over. The replies I have gotten from agents is useless and condescending. RUN do not walk AWAY from this crappy company.

No lie -it must have happened 100 times to date. I would not recommend this company. What makes them think we would use their services after all this?
