Does anyone work there? For nearly 2 weeks our company has been attempting to get set up and rectify an issue when printing labels. Impossible to talk to anyone and the Chat agent is NEVER available. I can't say they have bad customer service because I have yet to have any! UPDATE: All issues have been cleared up...

Trusted My Gut I put a lot of stock in reviews typically, but after going through the sales process with my rep, I decided to go with my gut instead of what I was reading, and turns out it was the right call. They laid out exactly what kind of savings I'd see, and even 4 months into the service, they've consistently delivered. I haven't had to use the customer support yet, but I'd imagine it would be better than UPS or FedEx's.

The worst ServiceEVER The worst ServiceEVER We were charged more than what was agreed upon on our first invoice. Our sales representative said he would check and fix any errors and requested us to continue shipping. After four weeks we did not receive any invoices nor an explanation for the excess amounts billed. We asked them to cancel our services and send us invoices so we can clear our payment due. They charged our credit card on file and did not send us any invoices. Luckily, we had limited exposure to them. We will file a dispute with our credit card company. It appears the staff is trained to sweet-talk customers into signing up for their services. Can't blame them as it appears the company follows a deceitful manner of attracting business.

We bought a cooler from the the states… We bought a cooler from the the states ,and the seller used unishipper to ship the small cooler to Canada, the first driver txt us requesting us to pay for his hotel room $150 ,we told him to go pound sand . We filed a complaint only to get another driver the next day asking us to etransfer him 200 for ownership ,mind u we are 400 in for shipping , this is fraud at best. Now there holding the cooler hostage. Never ship with unishippers very unprofessional company

Not “user-friendly” for a busy store They weren’t user friendly at all. I own a retail store so I am constantly having product shipped to me (which adds up to a lot of small invoices). So rather than pay dozens of little invoices I prefer to pay many at once and even prepay knowing I have many shipments coming. So I tried to write a $500 check to pay a few small invoices and prepay several that I know were coming - they sent me back at check for over $260 and said they wouldn’t allow me to do that. Then within a couple weeks I started getting emails saying “overdue invoices” and even got an email from their Collections Department. Definitely not a system that works for our busy store and thus not user friendly at all.
