GBFind another place with upfront… Find another place with upfront policies. During move in manager assured me that I could move out at any time without being penalized. I moved in, when it was time to move could not get in touch with property manager due to vacation/holidays for over a week. After calling numerous times I was billed $60 late fee and paid $310 for 9 days of storage. Also fellow customers complained of being robbed. Storage unit was infested with ants and also storage door falling apart.

GBI guess my stuff is ok Nothing seems to ever go right. I'm being billed for a storage that is not mine taking it off my bank card with out permission. Meanwhile my real account is not paid and I can't seem to get anywhere on the app hopefully tomorrow when his business day I haven't lost my stuff yet while paying for who knows what storage. You're seeing if you garbage and an empty storage that's not true I was told by the owner of the storage the individual storage unit to put their stuff there I don't overs garbage or what it was I don't really care. They never seem to know which a rainy storage and which is not

GBMichelle at location 065 in Pensacola… Michelle at location 065 in Pensacola Florida has been absolutely wonderful in many ways, from helping me last April to downsize my mother's storage unit to what we currently needed to today when she walked me through setting up an online account in order to make online payments. She has natural customer service skills that you just can't teach someone. So glad she is working at the Olive Road location. : )

GBMike is what made my experience great Mike is what made my experience great! I have been a customer there since 2016 when Seacoast storage owned the property. Mike is always happy and has a smile for you when you come in the door. He’s not afraid to say to a customer, “what if you try this and you might save a few dollars.” Customers love to hear that they are saving a few dollars. Mike points out the improvements that Storage King has made to the former Seacoast property and it sounds like a brand new facility when he gets done explaining how much Storage King put into the property. Keep Mike as the face of Storage King there at Fort Pierce and you will keep your customers. I can’t say that I give Storage King the five stars due to rent increases that have been as high as 17%. As far as I am concerned, Mike deserves all the credit for the success of this Fort Pierce property.
