GBMichelle at location 065 in Pensacola… Michelle at location 065 in Pensacola Florida has been absolutely wonderful in many ways, from helping me last April to downsize my mother's storage unit to what we currently needed to today when she walked me through setting up an online account in order to make online payments. She has natural customer service skills that you just can't teach someone. So glad she is working at the Olive Road location. : )

GBThey are not up to par I'm so disappointed in Zephyrhills Storage King! No one ever answers the phone or calls you back or even comes into the office at this location. I moved out and made sure I gave the 10 day notice and then I was charged for another month. I was told by someone at the Lakeland office that a refund needed to be discussed with the DM. Rented on Jan 15 moved in and vacated the unit on Feb 1. I was charged for Feb through March. Then billed for March through April. I got ahold of someone by using the chat return call on the website. Finally issued my refund, and the unit was actually closed in late March.

GBMy storage unit was broken into while… My storage unit was broken into while facility security system was compromised. Even tho previous thefts had occurred to outside units, the indoor facility was left exposed and open to public. My boat electronics and tools were stolen. Storage King will not rectify this situation even tho their incompetence has caused it. I highly recommend one choosing a better facility. We are stranded without tools, parts, or the funds to finish repair of our home/sailboat

GBWorst place to store anything Worst place to store anything. My unit and others on my block were broken into and no cameras got anyone breaking into units and it was so much of a hastle trying to get the insurance to pay. As a matter of fact they did not pay me my $3,000 worth of items that were stolen even I submitted receipts for majority of all items stolen. Worst storage place ever.

GB**Beware** **Beware** I do not recommend renting with this company. I was charged $82 ($41x2) while trying to rent a unit from them. They do not have record of either charge and it didn't apply towards my account. The managers do not have the ability to do anything other than take your money and they refuse to give you the contact info of someone who does. Storage King does not have any type of corporate contact info listed anywhere. If you call their call center they just route you back to the location manager who doesn't have the ability to do anything. Its extremely frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. They're basically thieves Who just take your money and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. Who knows what other payments this place loses on the reg. I'd definitely stay away.
