AUTerrible - Made to pay twice... Terrible, for the second time recently I went through the CG consolidation process, paid to have all my items shipped (haha) and then get told two days later one item didn't get included (insert excuse by them here) so I then had to pay again.. This time I've closed my account and I'd warn others about them. Oh and when I wrote to them, no care, no real apology so I assume this is just a way for getting revenue up...

SGAlready 3 items missing Already 3 items missing, asked they gave a form to fill up like take thousands years to do so even provided all the supporting documents or proof of purchased etc.......😡😡😡😡😡

SGUsed to be great but terrible now They used to be very fast and reliable, but after the move to another warehouse, the speed of processing is absolutely atrocious. Expect at least 2-3 weeks between each step before it leaves the warehouse, so if you intend to use their Onebox process, expect to wait 4-6 weeks.

SGIt's a pity that CGW went downhill It's a pity that CGW went downhill. Used their buy for me services multiple times, transactions were swift & effortless. Until the beginning of this year everything starts to slide. Hopefully one day, this website can come alive again, better.

GBI have used this company for a few… I have used this company for a few years with no issues until now! They have been processing my parcel since 25th May, take days to answer any emails then respond with a vague reply. Terribly managed and even worse customer service! Please find an alternative company!
