I have used this company for a few… I have used this company for a few years with no issues until now! They have been processing my parcel since 25th May, take days to answer any emails then respond with a vague reply. Terribly managed and even worse customer service! Please find an alternative company!

Used to be great but terrible now They used to be very fast and reliable, but after the move to another warehouse, the speed of processing is absolutely atrocious. Expect at least 2-3 weeks between each step before it leaves the warehouse, so if you intend to use their Onebox process, expect to wait 4-6 weeks.

There was a bad time still best Using forwarding service from year 2009, seems there was a bad time for comgateway in mid 2023, 4-5 packages of mine with them, i got all the products once they re-started business, after shifting of warehouse and changes in management, they are bit slow, but still i will say the are one of the best top forwarding company.

Being very frank here Being very frank here. I had been duped by many shippers prior, not comsgateway thankfully. Close to 20 packages went through them without a hitch- they looked after my stuffs, their customer service took my enquiries and requests seriously, and could advise which items not to ship (ask first). Glad they don't assert shipping regulations out of thin air- like other places and rip me off.
