AUScammers Just like everyone else on here my parcel disappeared and absolutely no response from them for a month now. Have been using them for 5 years non stop and ever since they changed ownership, seems like they are receiving everyone's parcels and making more money from keeping them and selling them off than providing a service. Don't use these scammers

SGBeing very frank here Being very frank here. I had been duped by many shippers prior, not comsgateway thankfully. Close to 20 packages went through them without a hitch- they looked after my stuffs, their customer service took my enquiries and requests seriously, and could advise which items not to ship (ask first). Glad they don't assert shipping regulations out of thin air- like other places and rip me off.

AUI abandoned ship.... I was using this company for years. They had excellent service and good shipping rates. Their consolidation packing was next to none, it was awesome. Then sometime in 2022..... 1. they had a staff shortage that really dragged them down. 2. in the middle of the staff shortage this year, 2023, they moved warehouse and it went from bad to a disaster. I abandoned ship after the warehouse move and reading the reviews, I am glad I did. Pity, I really liked them..... :-(

SGReconsider using CGW .. look elsewhere I have been using CGW for years and the service standards have really slipped. They actually lost my item and they refused to compensate me for it. Please seriously reconsider using them. Look for other options!

AUParcel stuck in warehouse, no support or answer! I've ordered an important parcel which has been shipped to comGateway in Portland Oregon, now it's stuck there! I'm desperately trying to organise shipment to Australia but can't. The parcel is status red. No clue or ability to deal with the problem on the website. No answer from any of comGateway's support emails. Phone number doesn't work. I'm completely stuck. No help available. Cannot reach a human or get any help. This is a disaster! How does a customer get any support at all?
