They do not only offer the cheapest shipping charges, but they also deliver items right on time and if you're lucky enough your items could also be delivered to you earlier than the date its supposed to arrive to your doorstep. They make sure that your items are all safe and sound when it gets to you! so I am one of the many happy customers from this site!

Can no longer recommend this company. Can no longer recommend this company. Change of address without any prior notice has resulted in lost packages. Had a package delivered to the new address (with tracking) and its now been 5 days since it arrived and still not coming up in their system. Contact Us now never provides any response. (Emails been unanswered for 2 months)

Long process, but finally successful 2 shipments arrived at the address ( both on different dates in June) . One package appeared on my dashboard after 2 weeks and I shipped it immediately. Another appeared on my dashboard today and I shipped it immediately too .. I did try to contact them through the bot, regular emails and of course there was a total breakdown in communication. But I am giving 4 stars as they still managed to retrieve both packages finally . It was a frustrating process , but they redeemed themselves, finally. For all those waiting for your package, keep emailing them and keep the hope that one day you will receive your package

I have used this company for a few… I have used this company for a few years with no issues until now! They have been processing my parcel since 25th May, take days to answer any emails then respond with a vague reply. Terribly managed and even worse customer service! Please find an alternative company!

Being very frank here Being very frank here. I had been duped by many shippers prior, not comsgateway thankfully. Close to 20 packages went through them without a hitch- they looked after my stuffs, their customer service took my enquiries and requests seriously, and could advise which items not to ship (ask first). Glad they don't assert shipping regulations out of thin air- like other places and rip me off.
