SGLong process, but finally successful 2 shipments arrived at the address ( both on different dates in June) . One package appeared on my dashboard after 2 weeks and I shipped it immediately. Another appeared on my dashboard today and I shipped it immediately too .. I did try to contact them through the bot, regular emails and of course there was a total breakdown in communication. But I am giving 4 stars as they still managed to retrieve both packages finally . It was a frustrating process , but they redeemed themselves, finally. For all those waiting for your package, keep emailing them and keep the hope that one day you will receive your package

SGPoor customer care I engaged their services for 2 years. The options for items self collections (pick up/locker) are since gone lately. Time after time, shipments after shipments- Their customer services have not done me a single helpful thing! Not even making a request to the courier on behalf. Only hearing conflicting statements, empty words and promises in god knows when...

SGGot there in the end... Similar to everyone here - I've been using comgateway for the better part of 10 years with zero issues at all. Recently went ahead with getting 2 packages delivered as I normally would have. And as with everyone's experiences here both packages were delivered (with delivery confirmations from respective merchants)... yet no news from comgateway, nothing reflected on the site. Thankfully they eventually came through, just about 3 weeks later than they should've. I'll use them again, but waiting to see if they've truly gotten their house in order from the future reviews here...

AUI abandoned ship.... I was using this company for years. They had excellent service and good shipping rates. Their consolidation packing was next to none, it was awesome. Then sometime in 2022..... 1. they had a staff shortage that really dragged them down. 2. in the middle of the staff shortage this year, 2023, they moved warehouse and it went from bad to a disaster. I abandoned ship after the warehouse move and reading the reviews, I am glad I did. Pity, I really liked them..... :-(

SGIt's a pity that CGW went downhill It's a pity that CGW went downhill. Used their buy for me services multiple times, transactions were swift & effortless. Until the beginning of this year everything starts to slide. Hopefully one day, this website can come alive again, better.
