SGPoor customer care I engaged their services for 2 years. The options for items self collections (pick up/locker) are since gone lately. Time after time, shipments after shipments- Their customer services have not done me a single helpful thing! Not even making a request to the courier on behalf. Only hearing conflicting statements, empty words and promises in god knows when...

AUCan no longer recommend this company. Can no longer recommend this company. Change of address without any prior notice has resulted in lost packages. Had a package delivered to the new address (with tracking) and its now been 5 days since it arrived and still not coming up in their system. Contact Us now never provides any response. (Emails been unanswered for 2 months)

AUTerrible - Made to pay twice... Terrible, for the second time recently I went through the CG consolidation process, paid to have all my items shipped (haha) and then get told two days later one item didn't get included (insert excuse by them here) so I then had to pay again.. This time I've closed my account and I'd warn others about them. Oh and when I wrote to them, no care, no real apology so I assume this is just a way for getting revenue up...

SGSome good and some bad Some good and some bad Good: Amazing support, reasonable and competitive rates, fast delivery Bad: I had chosen 1box to reduce the weight of my parcel and they declared the weight of 7kg. Upon checking and tracking with fedex (courier they used to send me the items) and my own weighing its only around 3.8-4kg. My shipping rates was of course based on their weighing which would be a lot less if its accurately weighed and declared.

GBI have used this company for a few… I have used this company for a few years with no issues until now! They have been processing my parcel since 25th May, take days to answer any emails then respond with a vague reply. Terribly managed and even worse customer service! Please find an alternative company!
