GBOnce Store Space took over for Cube… Once Store Space took over for Cube Smart, the place really went downhill.It is dirty, unkempt, trash everywhere. The worst thing, however, is that whenever I visit(VERY infrequently anymore), I am harassed by management as if I am doing something wrong. Even after this horrible treatment, they raised my rate $20.00. Definitely leaving & contacting their CEO. Huge MISTAKE to rent there!!!!!!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

GBWarehouse area is always clean Warehouse area is always clean. I am retired from Sears and have hired thousands of people. If I was still hiring, I would hire Savoy in a heartbeat. She is smart, very good with people, and always has a smile on her face when she greets you. She is definitely material for a higher position. District Mgr. Alan has always responded to any questions I may have, almost immediately. This company hires great folks. Just needs to work on customer retention instead of continual raising of rents and running off customers that have been there for years. Maybe raise base prices for new customers, but need to show some loyalty to existing customers that have paid their rents on time.

GBMy experience was fantastic My experience was fantastic! Walked in virtually with no heads up or warning was met with the most courteous and upbeat person who told us all and showed us what we needed to know. And once unit was picked, when she asked for the address we reside in she then told us of a closer location to where we are. She was extremely helpful and loaded with personality. I think I found my new storage home! The attendant was Kim C. At the 4822 Whipple Ave NW Canton Ohio 44718 location

GBI am another person complaining about… I am another person complaining about not receiving my deposit back. I’ve called numerous times and left voicemails which they don’t answer. When they didn’t answer, they promised me they sent out the check, which was a total lie. Here’s the deal with Store Space – they want their rent within the first two days of each month or they block access to the building. This company also forces you to obtain insurance. What business is that of there’s if I want insurance or not on the contents of my storage unit? Steer clear of this business!

GBI am a current customer at the… I am a current customer at the Jacksonville Saint Johns location. Do not use this company they are professional at ripping you off and raising their rate every quarter! I have also had 4 separate times where I could not access my equipment at this facility and had to go purchase these item a second time to do my job those days! Somebody was sleeping behind the desk at least 4X and I could not access my stuff! Don’t use this place they are the worst!
