Just getting started, but... We have not actually placed anything into our new storage unit just yet but my review is based on initial impression and our on-boarding process. Our organization was in need of climate-controlled storage in the area and our choices seemed limited. When we toured the newly open Store Space we were VERY impressed. The offices and storage units are all newly renovated and very nice. The office staff was very kind and patient with us as we worked through the options and there were no surprises. We have our keys and our code and are ready to move things in this weekend.

Once Store Space took over for Cube… Once Store Space took over for Cube Smart, the place really went downhill.It is dirty, unkempt, trash everywhere. The worst thing, however, is that whenever I visit(VERY infrequently anymore), I am harassed by management as if I am doing something wrong. Even after this horrible treatment, they raised my rate $20.00. Definitely leaving & contacting their CEO. Huge MISTAKE to rent there!!!!!!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

My experience was fantastic My experience was fantastic! Walked in virtually with no heads up or warning was met with the most courteous and upbeat person who told us all and showed us what we needed to know. And once unit was picked, when she asked for the address we reside in she then told us of a closer location to where we are. She was extremely helpful and loaded with personality. I think I found my new storage home! The attendant was Kim C. At the 4822 Whipple Ave NW Canton Ohio 44718 location

Rude with Rats! I had a contract with Home Star Storage. The facility was sold to Store Space Storage and that where the problems started. My rent jumped from 106 to 195 in less than 12 months. Insurance was added to my rent without even checking if I had insurance for the unit. Finally, the storage units had rats infestation. The location never reached out to the me (or anyone) to make them aware of the infestation. They were rude and I was told on several occasions the district manager would reach out to me. That never happened, Annoy Store Space Storage at all cost!
