GBThere location in Philadelphia PA on… There location in Philadelphia PA on Erie Avenue is horrible! The staff steal out of the units. This location floods, and has rodents. They have horrible customer service. My belongings got mold on them, and they still charged me storage fees. No discount was offered and it took over a month for their claims department to even respond. No one had noted my grievance until 2 months later. I sent pics of the flooding and debris. I strongly encourage people to use another company for storage.

GBJust getting started, but... We have not actually placed anything into our new storage unit just yet but my review is based on initial impression and our on-boarding process. Our organization was in need of climate-controlled storage in the area and our choices seemed limited. When we toured the newly open Store Space we were VERY impressed. The offices and storage units are all newly renovated and very nice. The office staff was very kind and patient with us as we worked through the options and there were no surprises. We have our keys and our code and are ready to move things in this weekend.

GBWarehouse area is always clean Warehouse area is always clean. I am retired from Sears and have hired thousands of people. If I was still hiring, I would hire Savoy in a heartbeat. She is smart, very good with people, and always has a smile on her face when she greets you. She is definitely material for a higher position. District Mgr. Alan has always responded to any questions I may have, almost immediately. This company hires great folks. Just needs to work on customer retention instead of continual raising of rents and running off customers that have been there for years. Maybe raise base prices for new customers, but need to show some loyalty to existing customers that have paid their rents on time.

GBBeware STORESPACE storespace owned the location at 381 Veterans Memorial Parkway in Mableton,GA. when they took the space over from Selfstorage in 2021, Storespace RAISED the rent $50 with NO warning. Storespace has sold the property to Lifestorage in June 2022. I have moved out because, my unit has been inhabited with RATS in my unit; and homeless people living in the vacant units. How can you NOT know (if you have active cameras like you say you do) you have a large population of RATS and homeless in your units. I have had to file a claim against Lifestorage because STORESPACE has left a mess for them without taking care of the pest problem. Beware STORESPACE Self Storage.

GBI am another person complaining about… I am another person complaining about not receiving my deposit back. I’ve called numerous times and left voicemails which they don’t answer. When they didn’t answer, they promised me they sent out the check, which was a total lie. Here’s the deal with Store Space – they want their rent within the first two days of each month or they block access to the building. This company also forces you to obtain insurance. What business is that of there’s if I want insurance or not on the contents of my storage unit? Steer clear of this business!
