GBThey raised the fees and added… They raised the fees and added insurance without notification, never asked if we had home owners or renters insurance, so we had to double pay. Their late fees are outrageous. They do not work with you or allow partial payments.

GBWorst company ever! Worst company ever!! Had my storage payment set up automatically to come out on the 5th every month. They decided to put my payments through on the 1st which caused overdraft fees, then they were supposed to send a letter to give my bank so I could be credited back to my account. That never happened either. I've had my storage unit for 4 1/2 years and I've never had so many issues. I started paying $80 a month it has now increased to over $180 a month. It's actually cheaper to buy your own unit compared to renting through this company.

GBStore Space - Brookhaven PA I rented a unit at new Brookhaven, PA location. The manager was very nice and helpful. I had the unit a little over a month when Items were taken from the locked unit. I called customer service and was told someone from management would call - No call. I submitted a claim through tenant protection - never heard anything. 12/8/23 - I provided written notice to store employee that I am terminating as of end of December. Their customer service/management is horrible.

GBRented 2 spaces at the Morristown,TN… Rented 2 spaces at the Morristown,TN location.Upon exit,had difficulty vacating.Dalene worked with me and Greg even stayed late to assist.Thanks for going the extra mile!

GBOnce Store Space took over for Cube… Once Store Space took over for Cube Smart, the place really went downhill.It is dirty, unkempt, trash everywhere. The worst thing, however, is that whenever I visit(VERY infrequently anymore), I am harassed by management as if I am doing something wrong. Even after this horrible treatment, they raised my rate $20.00. Definitely leaving & contacting their CEO. Huge MISTAKE to rent there!!!!!!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
