FreightPros placed our freight with Central Transport who destroyed it. FreightPros placed our freight with Central Transport. Clearly Central Transport cannot be trusted to "care" for freight. Their forklift drivers must be morons. Not only did they HIT the freight once on one side but hit BOTH sides. Unbelievable! Then, Central Transport accused us of NOT packaging properly. Well, let see here, They accepted the palletized Generator, placed on an oversized pallet (to protect agains hitting the actual generator), delivered it and the delivering driver actually saw the damage, supposedly took pictures of the damage, made statements to the recipeints that there definitely WAS DAMAGE, and then Central Transport refused to pay any damages. YEAH, they suck. BIG TIME. NEVER AGAIN.

A Refreshing Freight Broker Delight! FreightPros has been a delight to work with. Their rates are very fair, customer service is excellent (shout out to Clayton Bibb) for his amazing assistance with all our freight needs. My favorite thing is the automated emails that let you know your pickup is scheduled, picked up and/or delivered. Absolutely fantastic! Never been so happy about shipping. It's usually a terrible mess. But not with FreightPros.

Worst company I have ever had the pain… Worst company I have ever had the pain of doing business with. They are deceitful, unethical, and lie directly to you. We were overcharged for services not received and when we tried to dispute, they ignored us and ran my credit card without authorization. Team of CROOKS at freight pros.They continue to deflect and deny their fraud, but I personally witnessed their lies and deceit.

Freight pros/Meridian Logistics fraudsters extraordinaire. Freight pros/Meridian Logistics fraudulently charged my credit card an additional $678 for services they originally quoted me $878 for and the kicker is that these services were never performed by Estes freight lines, after confirming with Estes that they never even made a claim to freight Pros for the service it appears freight Pros are thieves. After approx. leaving 13 messages for several different employees and not one single returned call I am now in the process of fighting these charges with my credit card company. Next stop is the Attorney General, these people are crooks run fast and run far before you even think of using these fraudsters to ship your freight. If they spent as much time following up on customer complaints as they do writing these lame excuses they probably wouldn't have such a poor online presence. Another lame excuse from one of the many crooks @ Freight Thieves in 3...2...1
