Theft Theft. They stole 3 of my motorcycles during “inaccessible hours” and took 45 minutes stealing something braking locks and alarms without nobody supposedly noticing. The staff is 100% on the thieves side as they have nothing to tell me about why did 3 unauthorized people break into a storage which is gated to then brake into the facility which wouldn’t even allow me access at that time. I got there to find out at 3pm in the afternoon and apparently the staff had no idea even though there there since 10am. Definitely an inside job and storage post will pay.

Bad costumer service, Bad costumer service,. They over charge you 300 dollars when your payment is late. Like to pressure costomers to pay for some reason or another.

Sent only after they made an offer and for the exact amount of the offer - funny that. Climate controlled is worthless when the unit floods

storage's mistake After renting the unit and not being able to view or move my property to the unit for a few days due to safety issues in the apartment and exchanging units to a bigger unit I was informed on the phone by a supervisor that my unit was going to be closed because I was not informed that I had to put more money to the down payment on my unit. Although I think I should not be pinalized for the companies mistake I desided to go ahead and pay the difference so that I can be able to view my belongings. before you rent a unit make sure that unit is big enough for your property. Don't pay a dime until your ready to move your stuff in
