GBMold Damage Due to Leaking Sprinkler ( Storage Post Suffern,NY) In December 2018 at the Storage Post in Suffern,NY, we discovered our household items were covered in mold in unit 1190. It was not visible upon entering the storage unit as I visited the storage unit on several occasions to check on the items. Upon further investigation there were residual water marks on the ceiling of the unit. After speaking with a representative at the location, it was brought to my attention that the unit had a sprinkler leak. I filed a claim with their department, and they denied the claim even though their facility had a sprinkler leak and due to the fact, we refused insurance. Even if we took out the insurance, their insurance does not cover mold damage. The mold was not due to a fault of ours. It was a fault of their building. After losing all our items in a fire, we were depending on the items that we had in storage and was not able to use any of the because of the mold. In addition, our daughter was asthmatic and with no other option we had to take the furniture with us to determine what was salvageable. Following that the newly renovated home eventually showed evidence contamination. Better Business Bureau investigated the concerns and were ignored like I did. A police report was filed and no compensation was offered. We lost at least $40,000 of household goods with no proof of value to the house fire. That was my experience with the Storage Post in Suffern,NY

GBThey lock your storage unit 1 day after… They lock your storage unit 1 day after your rent is due I never signed a waiver for that and nor was I told if I'm late a day the most 2 then the lock will be placed its ridiculous

GBThere is a huge infestation rat in the… There is a huge infestation rat in the location located in 1900 NW 19th St Fort Lauderdale 33311. Be careful all the people that have their furniture there. I lost everything I had there, The Post Storage didn't respond to me for everything I lost. I paid for two years without any sense because I paid to storage things that the rats bit. The manager of that location is the worst of people to try customers, Customer service never responded to me about the issue I opened with them, I am still waiting for them to respond to me in any way to pay for this damages. If you are looking to store your valuables or furniture look for another company more responsible for the things that happen in their location. For me, this is the worst company to store your things.

GBBad costumer service, Bad costumer service,. They over charge you 300 dollars when your payment is late. Like to pressure costomers to pay for some reason or another.

GBi was told one thing and had to go back… i was told one thing and had to go back twice to correct it . to top it off i was informed the manager would call and has not done so yet. i will be calling the storage to speak with manager since he/she hasn't called as expected.
