USWaited a long time (20-30 minutes)… Waited a long time (20-30 minutes) outside for the office clerk to show up and open the office to do the paperwork. Elevator was broken, had to go a long route to move stuff to storage place.

USi was told one thing and had to go back… i was told one thing and had to go back twice to correct it . to top it off i was informed the manager would call and has not done so yet. i will be calling the storage to speak with manager since he/she hasn't called as expected.

USBad costumer service, Bad costumer service,. They over charge you 300 dollars when your payment is late. Like to pressure costomers to pay for some reason or another.

USThere is a huge infestation rat in the… There is a huge infestation rat in the location located in 1900 NW 19th St Fort Lauderdale 33311. Be careful all the people that have their furniture there. I lost everything I had there, The Post Storage didn't respond to me for everything I lost. I paid for two years without any sense because I paid to storage things that the rats bit. The manager of that location is the worst of people to try customers, Customer service never responded to me about the issue I opened with them, I am still waiting for them to respond to me in any way to pay for this damages. If you are looking to store your valuables or furniture look for another company more responsible for the things that happen in their location. For me, this is the worst company to store your things.

USYour contact email is totally… Your contact email is totally incorrect. I did NOT purchase a storage unit. I already sent you an email which, apparently, you totally ignored. Therefore, if I ever wanted to get a storage unit, I would definitely NOT deal with you company. Get your act together!
