I lost everything I had there, The Post Storage didn't respond to me for everything I lost. I paid for two years without any sense because I paid to storage things that the rats bit. The manager of that location is the worst of people to try customers, Customer service never responded to me about the issue I opened with them, I am still waiting for them to respond to me in any way to pay for this damages. If you are looking to store your valuables or furniture look for another company more responsible for the things that happen in their location. For me, this is the worst company to store your things.

Refreshing to see today! I must say that one guy at the 3325 Atlantic ave Storage Post Abraham Sosa has demonstrated a high proficient repor due to his diligent work ethics! He know before I do what my needs are! Absolutely refreshing in a world of inept people!

Late fees are outrageous Late fees are outrageous. Find a different place. Once you're late you can no longer pay online. Then 100 bucks is added to the bill. Wot work with you.

3325 Atlantic ave store 3325 Atlantic ave store. Horrible customer service and extremely eager to try and auction your stuff off and all these fees and then not willing to work with you at all. Very cold hearted establishment. One week ago I was told one price then a week later i was told an additional 100 and no one was willing to try and work with me at all. If you want your belongings to be kept safe and sound find another establishment. They also have mouse traps everywhere so you know what that means. Never had a business charge me 100 dollars a day later and not be willing to waive not even a penny.
