GBInconsistent packing Boxes were incorrectly labeled as to contents. Should tell customers to not pack remotes and carry with. Many boxes crushed. Had two items broken due to removing from protective boxes. Delivery above average. From driver and his help all were very friendly and unloaded very fast, showing care and concern for our things.

GB*AVOID* Stained my carpet and wont clean THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. STAY AWAY. Delivered my fridge and stove top which both work fine. During the delivery they stained my carpet from either something on their shoes or on the wheels of their dolly. After the fridge was completely setup the delivery guy brought the slip to me in my office confirm the delivery which I signed. I work from home and was on a conference call. After my conference call walked into my living room and noticed stains all over my carpet. I contact Daryl Flood and since I signed the paper they told me there is nothing they can do.

GBVery bad claim experience. This is our second time using Darryl Flood for relocation. We liked the drivers and his crew who packed and unpacked with our stuff. But the experience with their claims department has been horrible. They are very slow to respond and repair or compesate for essential items which is causing us a lot of inconvenience. We paid an arm and a leg for this move and did not expect such a stressful experience. I hope they improve their claims department.

Week late Lost property Ruined property Had to unload and assemble myself Unloading at 1pm Only had 2 people unloading truck Rude and very unfriendly company Did not do what they said they were going to do as far as when truck would arrive Contracted with mayflower but got an independent shipper.

GBBeyond my expectations! Troy Box is the best move captain I've ever experienced. The teams on both ends -- Lorenzo, Pedro and Marlin in Texas and Fred, Anders and Brandon in California -- went beyond anything I ever expected to make sure our belongings were safely moved and that we were happy. We will definitely call Fred and his team for our pending local move. Every individual was committed to customer satisfaction and ease. I honestly cannot rave enough!
