CAmove from houston to toronto I have had a long discourse with the Daryl Flood Co so this is not new to them. The pick up was fine - the crew did a great job. No issues there. The drop off was the issue. we thought we were getting an unpacking service as well, as most companies offer and what had been our experience with Atlas in our first move. In addition, our delivery date was missed because the date was not registered (or a glitch as we were told) correctly. Then the drop off crew did a poor job in unpacking and leaving boxes everywhere. I had sent pictures to Daryl Flood about this already with little response. I felt that some reimbursement should have been done since this was not up to our expectations, nor to what was the standard for most moves. But I am only the customer.

USVery slow to settle damage claim While the move went well, there was significant damage to my loveseat. A claim was filed the day after the delivery and, 30 days later, there has been no inspection of the damage and no attempt to settle the claim. Very disappointing, as, to this point, we were very satisfied with the level of customer service.

US*AVOID* Stained my carpet and wont clean THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. STAY AWAY. Delivered my fridge and stove top which both work fine. During the delivery they stained my carpet from either something on their shoes or on the wheels of their dolly. After the fridge was completely setup the delivery guy brought the slip to me in my office confirm the delivery which I signed. I work from home and was on a conference call. After my conference call walked into my living room and noticed stains all over my carpet. I contact Daryl Flood and since I signed the paper they told me there is nothing they can do.

USBeyond my expectations! Troy Box is the best move captain I've ever experienced. The teams on both ends -- Lorenzo, Pedro and Marlin in Texas and Fred, Anders and Brandon in California -- went beyond anything I ever expected to make sure our belongings were safely moved and that we were happy. We will definitely call Fred and his team for our pending local move. Every individual was committed to customer satisfaction and ease. I honestly cannot rave enough!
