GBProvides no value About 50/50 as to whether a package is actually left in a locker vs. in front of your door or in a giant pile next to the lockers. I've also had multiple experiences during which the locker is jammed shut and you can't open it. Simply an unhelpful product that's not worth any money.

GBBoxes piling up everywhere Package service has been out of order and boxes are piling up in public spaces throughout the building due to the horrible repair and response time. Packages are getting lost and stolen, literally the only thing we are forced to pay to prevent. Incapable of providing the only service they supposedly provide.

GBApartment complex considering PC, think again. Never did I think I’d make any form of housing decision based upon the package system, but if any place I tour in the future uses Package concierge, I am running far away. While they have understanding customer service, it doesn’t help the fact that their technology is buggy and has made the simple process of getting a package take over an hour. If you’re an apartment complex, please do not use them. Your residents will thank you.

GBFix the Lockers The Package Concierge lockers are great when they work. The set up in my building hasn't been usable for over 3 weeks so if packages are received in our leasing office, we can only retrieve them between 9 - 5 M-F.

GBZero Issues I am really pleased w Package Concierge so far. Everything is just so fancy and secure. I have never had any problems receiving packages. Once I move apartments I will be sure to look for one of their locations.
