We never get a code to open our locker... PC never sends us emails when our packages are ready with the code, meaning we can’t ever open our lockers and retrieve our packages when we know it has been delivered. It is one of the most frustrating things about our apartment complex.

I wish that I could give this place 0… I wish that I could give this place 0 stars .. if it was possible. It seems like every customer service representative is rude as hell . I could hear one ladies kid in the background screaming . Very unprofessional people do not do business with them for your own food.

Package Concierge keeps my packages safe. Really like my Package Concierge at my apartment complex. I can have packages securely delivered to this locker system instead of my front door. Very easy to use. Great notification system, and I don't have to wait at home for my deliveries.

Took my girlfriend's $35 registration fee, then claimed she didn't qualify for service Personally I haven't had an issue with PC, but when my girlfriend moved in with me, she paid the $35 registration fee, only for them to say she wasn't eligible for her own account, and was a "dependent" on mine. However, by the time we got this sorted out, they claimed they couldn't refund the $35 because we had entered a new fiscal quarter. Anyone want to tell me how this doesn't constitute theft?

Good concept, terrible execution In theory I can understand how this service would be useful. In practice you end up having your packages held hostage by a glorified locker 4 out of 5 times. I legitimately don't understand how such a simple system can so consistently get jammed. The only "fix" they'll offer is for you to go to your leasing office so your property manager can physically unlock it for you... entirely defeating the purpose for this to exist.
