Provides no value About 50/50 as to whether a package is actually left in a locker vs. in front of your door or in a giant pile next to the lockers. I've also had multiple experiences during which the locker is jammed shut and you can't open it. Simply an unhelpful product that's not worth any money.

Absolutely Not This thing is terrible. On multiple occasions, my roommates medication has been sent to my locker that she can’t access. My friend in the same complex purposely didn’t sign up for package concierge because of the bad reviews and has had her insulin locked in a random locker anyway that she doesn’t have access to. When she’s tried to contact customer support about it, they’ve been very rude. And sometimes I’ll get a text saying I have a package when I don’t, or I won’t get a text about a package I actually have. This thing is glitchy and very unreliable and I wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing staff!!! Great amenity to add to any property! Having Package Concierge at my property is one of the best business decisions I've ever made! Not only is it a seamless service that is user friendly, but it is convenient to ensure all packages are secured. I can delay a package if I am not in town, and the system takes pictures of who picked up the package. It is date, and time stamped as well. Great system, and amazing staff that is willing to assist whenever needed.

I am strongly disappointed with Package… I am strongly disappointed with Package Concierge service. I paid 10$ and I didn't even need it, and I paid only because appt complex told me to do something and they didn't notify me that if I do not sign up packages will be anyway delivered to my door. So with first 6 packages this happened, they were delivered to my door anyway...so I don't understand why did I pay this service. Also 7th package was delivered in package concierge lockbox but I never got an email or sms about it. I just found it. So I do not recommend this service to anyone. Waste of money.

Apartment complex considering PC, think again. Never did I think I’d make any form of housing decision based upon the package system, but if any place I tour in the future uses Package concierge, I am running far away. While they have understanding customer service, it doesn’t help the fact that their technology is buggy and has made the simple process of getting a package take over an hour. If you’re an apartment complex, please do not use them. Your residents will thank you.
