USApartment complex considering PC, think again. Never did I think I’d make any form of housing decision based upon the package system, but if any place I tour in the future uses Package concierge, I am running far away. While they have understanding customer service, it doesn’t help the fact that their technology is buggy and has made the simple process of getting a package take over an hour. If you’re an apartment complex, please do not use them. Your residents will thank you.

USHORRIBLE!! CAN'T RETRIEVE PACKAGES! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T HELP!! This is the third time I've had issues with package concierge. Packages will be delivered, but they're in incorrect lockers, so I don't have access to retrieve my packages. Customer service says there's nothing they can do, and can't open random lockers to see if my packages are in there. Soooo bye bye to my packages when someone else has access to that locker! DO NOT USE!!

USGood concept, terrible execution In theory I can understand how this service would be useful. In practice you end up having your packages held hostage by a glorified locker 4 out of 5 times. I legitimately don't understand how such a simple system can so consistently get jammed. The only "fix" they'll offer is for you to go to your leasing office so your property manager can physically unlock it for you... entirely defeating the purpose for this to exist.

USI do not trust I do not trust. I was not using and suddenly getting notifications to follow link and register to get my package. Called their number 3x, once waiting 20 minutes while doing other things-no answer. BTW I live in a home and have had no package issues ... don’t need package “not like a real” concierge.

USZero Issues I am really pleased w Package Concierge so far. Everything is just so fancy and secure. I have never had any problems receiving packages. Once I move apartments I will be sure to look for one of their locations.
