Worst company experience. Never delivered. Scam? What the hell is this company?! They take your money. Then five things will be out of stock that were not listed as such. You will spend hours finding something that it is out of stock. Then there is No delivery info, no way to track it. They say it was delivered but it wasn’t and now won’t reply to my multiple emails. This was a gift so super awkward to have to ask the recipient if they got it and ask them to ask neighbors and doorman again. Worst service ever. Now they have taken my money and I don’t have anything to give my brother for his birthday. They won’t even reply to me. Quick to take your money but not quick to help or send the items it seems! Would not use them again. Wasted hours on this.

Your retailers are always out of stock… Your retailers are always out of stock on cigarettes. Your customer service agent says they can't change the retailer anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. Retailers get stock of cigarettes every single week and there is no reason why there is zero...none online. After the last time I had my grandson take me to the nearest store and I bought 3 CARTONS. So this really tells me you don't want customers in my area. This is only the most recent time I have had this issue.

Terrible I've never experienced an online shop this awful - like the person above said, how do they stay in business?? I had to give my private mobile number to be able to place the order and they didn't even send an order confirmation. They promise 3-7 days shipping but after 8 days I'm still waiting for it to be sent and being given the run around. I will NEVER use this site again.

First driver stole my order, they rerouted to a second through DoorDash that can’t deliver what I ordered, stupid ass CS service didn’t even read or look at the past conversation and banned me for saying the F word because they suck. When did it become so pathetic that when you F up to be called out for it and then just hide in mommies basement???
