Deceptive advertising, no cigarette products available I tried to place my first order with Saucey this weekend. They advertise that they will deliver cigarettes. I live in a major city where Saucey has an office. But every cigarette item I clicked on for my cart said "currently unavailable." I tried clicking on numerous brands and they had nothing, not one single pack or carton of anything. This is deceptive advertising.

Improved since covid I have used this many times to deliver cigarettes and alcohol to me while I was dealing with an injury and it has improved since covid clamp downs and depending on where you live or the local service people they partner with. When their own person was late or decided to not show I asked why when the store they are getting it from is opened for 24 hours why aren't you. They hand off to doordash so if I am too late in ordering I just use them or depending on who has a better prices

They show up They show up, but their estimated time of delivery is at least twice of what they tell you

Idiot mean ignorant delivery The lady that delivered my 3rd order was an uncharming mean,nasty,argumentative sweetheart( because.i can not use foul language to explain her behavior I will keep it passive aggressive) so she was rude ,insulting,ignorant,nasty and pretty lowlife ,I will only say I wi never order from these people again unless they upgrade their standards in human resources.at first I loved this company, because my two prior orders the delivery people went beyond and above the call of duty. Since yesterday I am done because the delivery lady was starting arguments with my friends and as she left she got into an altercation because of her own behaviour and was screaming at a lady that has been my friend for almost a decade. I will not order from these people again unless this lady is terminated. They should implement some sort of test like personality test or some test that screens mental defiance and inability to control oneself thank you

Scam company Scam company. They allow you to checkout items that they don't have in inventory. Total fraud.
