GBHow these guys stay in business is… How these guys stay in business is beyond me. They ask for the delivery address right up front (Boca Raton , FL - not a remote area in the backwoods) - this is required to allow them to determine if they provide the service in the area of interest. So, I add an address, they confirm & present me with my options. I order a gift and set delivery. They CHARGE my credit card, reach out to the recipient, and schedule delivery. Then, AFTER the delivery was supposed to occur, they reach out to me, via text, and tell me the location is outside their delivery area. WHAT? THEY verified the delivery area (Boca Raton , FL)!! AND do you think they reached out to the recipient to let him know the delivery would not occur? NOPE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Make me look like a schmuck when I was trying to do something nice. This company should be avoided.

GBImproved since covid I have used this many times to deliver cigarettes and alcohol to me while I was dealing with an injury and it has improved since covid clamp downs and depending on where you live or the local service people they partner with. When their own person was late or decided to not show I asked why when the store they are getting it from is opened for 24 hours why aren't you. They hand off to doordash so if I am too late in ordering I just use them or depending on who has a better prices

GBAvoid these guys like the plague Avoid these guys like the plague. I decided to use them over my go to, Drizly because they had a bottle of Scotch I wanted to gift at $65 instead of $75. So I decided "sure, what could go wrong"? Lots. They ended up delivering a $20 bottle of bourbon (with a similar label and bottle shape to the single malt) - and I know that's a subcontractor issue but still, it smelled kinda funky, like someone was trying to trick the recipient - or it could have been a genuine mistake by the subcontractor because the bottles looked similar - who knows? Regardless, then the support fun with saucey began. 6 days later and only after threatening to chargeback my cc did they refund the full amount; they were bound and determined, even though it was their mistake to only give me a partial refund. My first and last interaction with these people. GTFO *edited to include the fact that I got a text 2 hours before the delivery of item, that was picked the day before, that item was no longer in stock. No explanation, no apology, just "choose another option". Was able to find another reasonable single malt, or so I thought but this was just the beginning.

GBWorst company experience. Never delivered. Scam? What the hell is this company?! They take your money. Then five things will be out of stock that were not listed as such. You will spend hours finding something that it is out of stock. Then there is No delivery info, no way to track it. They say it was delivered but it wasn’t and now won’t reply to my multiple emails. This was a gift so super awkward to have to ask the recipient if they got it and ask them to ask neighbors and doorman again. Worst service ever. Now they have taken my money and I don’t have anything to give my brother for his birthday. They won’t even reply to me. Quick to take your money but not quick to help or send the items it seems! Would not use them again. Wasted hours on this.
