First driver stole my order, they rerouted to a second through DoorDash that can’t deliver what I ordered, stupid ass CS service didn’t even read or look at the past conversation and banned me for saying the F word because they suck. When did it become so pathetic that when you F up to be called out for it and then just hide in mommies basement???

Actually they deserve ZERO stars Actually they deserve ZERO stars. I ordered two packs of cigarettes. They sent the wrong brand twice and now they refuse to give me my refund. They said that I made the order that was delivered I even sent a snap shot of their text that the merchant was out of my brand and asked if I wanted it replaced. Replied regarding the replacement and still they sent the wrong one. Never going to order from them again.

Ordered liquor for delivery a few days… Ordered liquor for delivery a few days later and informed the recipient of delivery time for my gift. No one ever showed up! Sent an email to customer service which was never responded to. A week later my purchase still shows up on their website for delivery the week before. Do not use this company.

Avoid these guys like the plague Avoid these guys like the plague. I decided to use them over my go to, Drizly because they had a bottle of Scotch I wanted to gift at $65 instead of $75. So I decided "sure, what could go wrong"? Lots. They ended up delivering a $20 bottle of bourbon (with a similar label and bottle shape to the single malt) - and I know that's a subcontractor issue but still, it smelled kinda funky, like someone was trying to trick the recipient - or it could have been a genuine mistake by the subcontractor because the bottles looked similar - who knows? Regardless, then the support fun with saucey began. 6 days later and only after threatening to chargeback my cc did they refund the full amount; they were bound and determined, even though it was their mistake to only give me a partial refund. My first and last interaction with these people. GTFO *edited to include the fact that I got a text 2 hours before the delivery of item, that was picked the day before, that item was no longer in stock. No explanation, no apology, just "choose another option". Was able to find another reasonable single malt, or so I thought but this was just the beginning.

Idiot mean ignorant delivery The lady that delivered my 3rd order was an uncharming mean,nasty,argumentative sweetheart( because.i can not use foul language to explain her behavior I will keep it passive aggressive) so she was rude ,insulting,ignorant,nasty and pretty lowlife ,I will only say I wi never order from these people again unless they upgrade their standards in human resources.at first I loved this company, because my two prior orders the delivery people went beyond and above the call of duty. Since yesterday I am done because the delivery lady was starting arguments with my friends and as she left she got into an altercation because of her own behaviour and was screaming at a lady that has been my friend for almost a decade. I will not order from these people again unless this lady is terminated. They should implement some sort of test like personality test or some test that screens mental defiance and inability to control oneself thank you
