So I decided "sure, what could go wrong"? Lots. They ended up delivering a $20 bottle of bourbon (with a similar label and bottle shape to the single malt) - and I know that's a subcontractor issue but still, it smelled kinda funky, like someone was trying to trick the recipient - or it could have been a genuine mistake by the subcontractor because the bottles looked similar - who knows? Regardless, then the support fun with saucey began. 6 days later and only after threatening to chargeback my cc did they refund the full amount; they were bound and determined, even though it was their mistake to only give me a partial refund. My first and last interaction with these people. GTFO *edited to include the fact that I got a text 2 hours before the delivery of item, that was picked the day before, that item was no longer in stock. No explanation, no apology, just "choose another option". Was able to find another reasonable single malt, or so I thought but this was just the beginning.

Deceptive advertising, no cigarette products available I tried to place my first order with Saucey this weekend. They advertise that they will deliver cigarettes. I live in a major city where Saucey has an office. But every cigarette item I clicked on for my cart said "currently unavailable." I tried clicking on numerous brands and they had nothing, not one single pack or carton of anything. This is deceptive advertising.

Frustrating cigerette delivery Had use their service numerous times so decided use 10$ off coupon they locked my account spent two hrs trying send them identity verification only to be told my ID says underage I'm 42 tried again after account unlocked onky to have my coupon code switched to discount on another site placed an order at full price and canceled due to they wouldn't honor my coupon wich made total 14.95 at checkout then I was banned from site don't have coupons u don't wanna honor,this was after I sent my ID and last 4 my debit card to their support line they did anything they could to not honor my valid coupon cheap dirtbags and cuferettes are way over pricedpriced I was so mad punch whole in my tv

I swore the last time I ordered from… I swore the last time I ordered from Saucey, I would not do it again,but like the fool I’am I did and again they screwed up. Twice in a row they sent drivers that did not speak any English at all and could not find my house. I had to walk to them to find them and neither driver did not know what they were doing and did not get the orders right. I think they hire illegal aliens. Never again SAUCEY sucks
