GBLong waits no communication Waited 6 hours one day. Asked for a ETA… they couldn’t give me one. We rescheduled. Waited 6 hours the next day with no estimated ETA. Finally just cancelled the order so I could stop wasting my time. I had to initiate all communication. There is no phone number to call to get information. Just chat, which is annoying. Would give them 1 star but the people on chat were actually decent with customer service.

GBFirst a 12 hour delivery window is… First a 12 hour delivery window is ridiculous. The only thing worse is waiting 12 hours and getting no delivery! After 8 hours I emailed and was told not to worry. Well my delivery never showed and no one ever even contacted me. This is the only bad review I have ever written and I would tell anyone to think twice before using this company!!

GBSave yourself the trouble, move on I’m only giving them one star because they have good text updates to let you know that they are delayed and that they are not going to show up at all. Absolutely worst service. Only use this company as a last resort, if you’ve exhausted all efforts and you’re comfortable having to reschedule your delivery day after day after day because they can’t find subcontractors to do the work. I suspect no independent contractors want to work with them because they take so much of the fee. My guy instinct

GBOver Promised - Under Delivered Over promise and under deliver. Horrible customer service. Mostly automated responses that give broad updates and spit up policy like it’s supposed to make things better. Waited around for our window for 9 hours just for them to cancel. I highly suggest that companies stop contracting with this company and find another or use multiple 3rd party shipping services.

GBComplete scam Complete scam. I added “same day” delivery to an order from Big Lots through this company, which got scheduled for 3 days later. We were given a 12-hour window and no one ever showed up, so we had cancelled all of our plans that day for no reason. Then we used their web site to reschedule and the exact same thing happened again! We tried contacting customer service for Pickup, who told us they “can’t guarantee” that they will be able to get anyone to deliver during the promised window. We ended up finding our own movers who were friendly, reasonable, and on time. Save your time and money!
