Dresser Delivery Josh A. and Andy V. just delivered our son’s dresser today and they were so awesome. Communication with coordinating item drop off to actual delivery was prompt and efficient. During delivery, they did such an amazing job and took care to ensure proper placement/item was in good condition. We really appreciate their efforts!

well they said it would be delivered… not the truth well they said it would be delivered yesterday,but that didn't happen so i get told they tried,lies and fibs if i paid for same day, why do i have to wait till later,not fair at all.

If I could give them a Minus -10 I… If I could give Pickup a Minus -10 I would. They are awful. Advised that delivery would be on Saturday, then Monday, now Tuesday and now they can't give me a definite date. WTH. I would never use them again.

First a 12 hour delivery window is… First a 12 hour delivery window is ridiculous. The only thing worse is waiting 12 hours and getting no delivery! After 8 hours I emailed and was told not to worry. Well my delivery never showed and no one ever even contacted me. This is the only bad review I have ever written and I would tell anyone to think twice before using this company!!

Complete scam Complete scam. I added “same day” delivery to an order from Big Lots through this company, which got scheduled for 3 days later. We were given a 12-hour window and no one ever showed up, so we had cancelled all of our plans that day for no reason. Then we used their web site to reschedule and the exact same thing happened again! We tried contacting customer service for Pickup, who told us they “can’t guarantee” that they will be able to get anyone to deliver during the promised window. We ended up finding our own movers who were friendly, reasonable, and on time. Save your time and money!
