GBI will never use Pickup service again I will never use Pickup service again. I had paid for a couch to be delivered upstairs into my living room. First delivery window that was scheduled could not be met and then I had to reschedule to 2 days later. On the day of the delivery they delivered 3 hours after my delivery window. When they showed up for delivery, they only sent 1 person, how did they expect her to get a couch upstairs by herself? Of course I helped her take the couch upstairs but why am I paying for this service when I could've done it myself? Highly recommend not using Pickup, they don't know what they're doing.

GBLong waits no communication Waited 6 hours one day. Asked for a ETA… they couldn’t give me one. We rescheduled. Waited 6 hours the next day with no estimated ETA. Finally just cancelled the order so I could stop wasting my time. I had to initiate all communication. There is no phone number to call to get information. Just chat, which is annoying. Would give them 1 star but the people on chat were actually decent with customer service.

GBDPD collection point closes at 5pm, not 10pm as advertised Went to collect a DPD parcel from Morrisons in Over Hulton (58 Newbrook Road, BOLTON, BL5 1ER) only to be informed by the helpful lady behind the counter (not her fault) that the collection counter closes at 5pm.... what a complete waste of time. Advised by DPD that the collection times were 9am-10pm. Although the store is open and the parcels are behind the counter, the staff have been informed by management they are not allowed to serve customers after 5pm.

GB✨5 stars✨ Excellent communication via phone and text message. Super friendly and efficient once they arrived. They delivered next day, which is very convenient and fast! They did run a bit late, but always informed me along the way. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.

GBI was supposed to have a delivery… I was supposed to have a delivery yesterday and it was not delivered or any communication from the company. So now I’m just sitting here wondering what’s going on with the items I bought because the communication is nonexistent.
