I will never use Pickup service again I will never use Pickup service again. I had paid for a couch to be delivered upstairs into my living room. First delivery window that was scheduled could not be met and then I had to reschedule to 2 days later. On the day of the delivery they delivered 3 hours after my delivery window. When they showed up for delivery, they only sent 1 person, how did they expect her to get a couch upstairs by herself? Of course I helped her take the couch upstairs but why am I paying for this service when I could've done it myself? Highly recommend not using Pickup, they don't know what they're doing.

Save yourself the trouble, move on I’m only giving them one star because they have good text updates to let you know that they are delayed and that they are not going to show up at all. Absolutely worst service. Only use this company as a last resort, if you’ve exhausted all efforts and you’re comfortable having to reschedule your delivery day after day after day because they can’t find subcontractors to do the work. I suspect no independent contractors want to work with them because they take so much of the fee. My guy instinct

I was supposed to have a delivery… I was supposed to have a delivery yesterday and it was not delivered or any communication from the company. So now I’m just sitting here wondering what’s going on with the items I bought because the communication is nonexistent.

Still waiting. I ordered a couch on 9/19 at 9am and paid 99 dollars for same day delivery. They did not show up. Apparently it’s not even guaranteed that they’ll show at all. I had schedule another appointment for 9/21 and hoping they’ll actually show up and not constantly tell me it’s been assigned to two people.

✨5 stars✨ Excellent communication via phone and text message. Super friendly and efficient once they arrived. They delivered next day, which is very convenient and fast! They did run a bit late, but always informed me along the way. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.
