Day before pickup they tried to shake me down for an additional 50% freight charge because of the size of the pallet - which they were given correctly to begin with. Their argument: The small print says quotes are just a generalized quote. Why pray do I have to give weight and dims then to obtain a quote? Don't bother. I canceled the booking and requested a refund.

They sell personal data and no proper service either They sell personal data to other players and that will spam your mobile/email like anything. I subscribed for their service and in less than 1 month I keep getting emails from different players in the market about international shipments (I used a dedicated email address to sign in and have not used it anywhere else). Zero trust in the platform.

Beware!! Hidden charges EVERYWHERE and there is nothing you can do about it. Beware!!! This company quotes you low, then continuously adds charges throughout the entire process. I was shipping from the UK and somehow ended up with these guys out of India so they must subcontract all of the work (can you say mark-up?). They do not keep you apprized of the status, the shipment was late, I was charged extra for pick-up, extra at customs, they charged me a storage fee upon arrival (even though they never notified me when it arrived). They will not provide a detail for the charges and if you question anything, they will just tack on more charges. This company is HIGHLY UNETHICAL.
