GBIf there was -10 If there was -10, I would post it. I did not need to use their BevMo.com service at all so I have been trying, TRYING to CANCEL my account. Three times!!!!! It has been a MISERABLE process. Their website CANNOT process my account, even though I gave them THREE different numbers that may be associated with the account. How ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think they don't want to cancel the account because they WANT to KEEP THE DATA for other purposes. ANY TIME A COMPANY WILL NOT DELETE DATA IS HOPING TO SELL THAT DATA FOR PETTY PURPOSES AND MINISCULE PROFITS FOR A WEAK AND UNPROFITABLE BUSINESS MODEL. Let that be the lesson of poor management and 'SAD' leadership. PERIOD.

GBAfter quite a few issues with the… After quite a few issues with the driving partners (rude, damaged items, missing items), as well as an awful customer service experience. I've decided to make a complaint and leave reviews. On this occasion my order was missing several times. Requested to fill in missing items form (didn't work). So wrote direct email to support. Get sent a survey to complete in return. Only when I prompted them to reply with a solution, did they offer an £8 discount code.... I replied stating that I will have no use for the voucher as I have ended my membership and would like a refund as initially requested. I suffer with a disability and thus rely heavily on remote food delivery services. I explained this to them. I have spent over £3500 since they opened in Cambridge and use their "fam" membership. My average spend is £20-£80 each time. I'm not one for making complaints but isn't the purpose of remote grocery purchasing supposed to be one of convenience? Just a poor, overpriced and underwhelming experience that requires far too much effort to regain a few quid that they lost in error.

GBAll-around nightmare experience. All-around nightmare experience: - very late delivery, despite trying the "priority" option which is like that Simpsons episode where Duff, Duff, Light, and Duff Dry all come from the same still - driver couldn't find things, GPS exists, but no insult to them. Gopuff should just compensate on Gopuff's dime, not mine or the driver - damaged goods. cheap bag (probably designed by Fanatics) broke, causing a glass-related health situation - the late delivery had perishable goods. get your logistics together, Gopuffstains - last, and certainly least: holy moly their customer service. Gopuff couldn't satisfy your mom if they had a Gene Simmons mouth snake. you get put on an intercontinental runaround from a VC-funded startup focusing on cost-cutting so they can get acquired by, i don't know, Woolworth

GBMissed item I'm on my own with my baby and for the practicality and agility that I've always had I chose go puff which I've been a customer of for over 2 years, Her milk had finished and I was too ill to leave the house, I bought 2 bottles and to give the minimum value of the order I added other items to the basket. When the order arrived, I questioned the delivery man who promptly saw that the main thing was missing, the two bottles of milk, I commented to him that my daughter was hungry and I needed it urgently, that's why I ordered it. It's 7.45 pm, she's hungry and I haven't got any milk. When I needed it most, they let me down.
