Three issues non of them positive Three issues 1 - delivered items on more than one occasions that were mouldy. The process to get a refund for said items is long and arduous and requires proof and even then it's an account credit. 2 - wrong order delivered and no response, a £20 order of things I needed asap and I was delivered a frozen pizza and a cake! Gopuff costumer service gave a standard response then haven't bothered to respond. 3 - we won a competition, gopuff refused to pay out, struck off our valid winning ticket after 11 days and decided that they did not have to abide my law

Have updated a prior review due to the… Have updated a prior review due to the reason being that these companies this one in particular is an absolute godsend to myself & son as I’m unwell so cannot always get out for necessities. Have used gopuff from the time they started I did stop for a while due to a few order issues but mistakes do happen & were all human. Gopuff is a huge help when unable to get out & I just want to say I’m super grateful for your service. Just placed an order which all arrived on time the expiry dates are fantastic & was kept informed about the delivery from start to finish. The driver was very kind & professional who brought the order safely to the front door of my apartment. One suggestion is maybe lower the fam membership as it were at the start if so I’d definitely re join & order a lot more on a regular as I do get my big grocery shop delivered but for the necessities like milk, bread etc when ran out Gopuff would be used far more as the initial membership was around £3 whereas now it’s almost double that. Saying that I don’t mind really paying the £2.99 delivery fee especially when the orders are great. Ps I have had issues in past yet it’s no biggie & people have to remember no one’s perfect & mistakes do & can happen. Boycott gopuff Sent this message to their entire executive team... let's see if I actually hear back from anyone... "I want to let you know that ur service is broken. I have tried to order 2 days in a row, waited 3 hrs yesterday, u cancelled my order on me. Now, I've been waiting since 6:30 EDT, and it is a time sensitive order. I have been in Sales and CS for 25 years and have never been this disappointed. Help?" Update For those of you who really know me, I never do this. I am so disappointed with this service that I have to ask for your support. I *tried* to order from Gopuff this weekend. Sat. my order was in by 7P. I got a notification at 12:17A that it was cancelled. Sunday I ordered at 6:30P and received notification that it was cancelled at 1:07A! I chatted with 8 CSR's who all paid lip service but couldn't get anything done. The reason they cited was they didn't have enough drivers. Shockingly, they just had a major layoff, including drivers. Please, please, please boycott this site (I should have known, they only have a 1.7 rating). What do I have to do to have someone take my money? If there was -10 If there was -10, I would post it. I did not need to use their BevMo.com service at all so I have been trying, TRYING to CANCEL my account. Three times!!!!! It has been a MISERABLE process. Their website CANNOT process my account, even though I gave them THREE different numbers that may be associated with the account. How ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think they don't want to cancel the account because they WANT to KEEP THE DATA for other purposes. ANY TIME A COMPANY WILL NOT DELETE DATA IS HOPING TO SELL THAT DATA FOR PETTY PURPOSES AND MINISCULE PROFITS FOR A WEAK AND UNPROFITABLE BUSINESS MODEL. Let that be the lesson of poor management and 'SAD' leadership. PERIOD.
