Customer Service is Non Existent I ordered with FAM20 which should have gotten my order in about 20 minutes. It took about an hour instead. Most company would have some way of fixing this, not GoPuff! I did eventually get a refund for the extra fee for the fee, but their customer service is worse than if AI controlled it. They have agents who just copy and paste and don't attempt to help. Do not order from this company.

Three issues non of them positive Three issues 1 - delivered items on more than one occasions that were mouldy. The process to get a refund for said items is long and arduous and requires proof and even then it's an account credit. 2 - wrong order delivered and no response, a £20 order of things I needed asap and I was delivered a frozen pizza and a cake! Gopuff costumer service gave a standard response then haven't bothered to respond. 3 - we won a competition, gopuff refused to pay out, struck off our valid winning ticket after 11 days and decided that they did not have to abide my law

awfull I made an order today of 10 items and only 3 were delivered. I can't contact them, their missing items form online keeps crashing so I decided to email them only to find out their emails aren't monitored. I then decided to contact them on webchat and I've been waiting for over an hour to get through to anyone. I find it funny that they put a 24 hours refund policy and you can't get through to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from… Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the customer service team they literally gave me raw chicken which was expired and smelt like rotten eggs!!!! Later on I spoke to them for them to say they’re unable to refund me because they assume it doesn’t look expired?? Can someone file a health inspection on them because it’s starting to become a joke! They indirectly called me a liar and robbed me off because of that my family had to miss out on dinner because of their stupidity. GUYS DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL ROB YOU OFF AND WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANYTHING! (The ratings give a clear accurate answer of what they are)

Raw chicken ordered only 24 hours in… Raw chicken ordered only 24 hours in date, offered a refund but I can't use the it without spending more money on delivery, so I didn't accept it. Won't be using the service again. The food could have gone to someone who could have eaten it quickly, but instead the food was wasted. Tip for the future, check the date of raw chicken before delivering or if you offer a refund don't leave the customer to pay for the delivery twice. Call me old fashion but thats minimal effort guys.
