GBHave updated a prior review due to the… Have updated a prior review due to the reason being that these companies this one in particular is an absolute godsend to myself & son as I’m unwell so cannot always get out for necessities. Have used gopuff from the time they started I did stop for a while due to a few order issues but mistakes do happen & were all human. Gopuff is a huge help when unable to get out & I just want to say I’m super grateful for your service. Just placed an order which all arrived on time the expiry dates are fantastic & was kept informed about the delivery from start to finish. The driver was very kind & professional who brought the order safely to the front door of my apartment. One suggestion is maybe lower the fam membership as it were at the start if so I’d definitely re join & order a lot more on a regular as I do get my big grocery shop delivered but for the necessities like milk, bread etc when ran out Gopuff would be used far more as the initial membership was around £3 whereas now it’s almost double that. Saying that I don’t mind really paying the £2.99 delivery fee especially when the orders are great. Ps I have had issues in past yet it’s no biggie & people have to remember no one’s perfect & mistakes do & can happen. Thanks GOPUFF for making our lives easier ! 5🌟’s all day long - please keep up the great work & service 🙏🏼

USIf there was -10 If there was -10, I would post it. I did not need to use their BevMo.com service at all so I have been trying, TRYING to CANCEL my account. Three times!!!!! It has been a MISERABLE process. Their website CANNOT process my account, even though I gave them THREE different numbers that may be associated with the account. How ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think they don't want to cancel the account because they WANT to KEEP THE DATA for other purposes. ANY TIME A COMPANY WILL NOT DELETE DATA IS HOPING TO SELL THAT DATA FOR PETTY PURPOSES AND MINISCULE PROFITS FOR A WEAK AND UNPROFITABLE BUSINESS MODEL. Let that be the lesson of poor management and 'SAD' leadership. PERIOD.

GBAbsolutely disgusting behaviour from… Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the customer service team they literally gave me raw chicken which was expired and smelt like rotten eggs!!!! Later on I spoke to them for them to say they’re unable to refund me because they assume it doesn’t look expired?? Can someone file a health inspection on them because it’s starting to become a joke! They indirectly called me a liar and robbed me off because of that my family had to miss out on dinner because of their stupidity. GUYS DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL ROB YOU OFF AND WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANYTHING! (The ratings give a clear accurate answer of what they are)

GBJust used GoPuff for the first time Not… Just used GoPuff for the first time Not extremely happy as I couldn’t get a first time discount and annoyingly my 2 for a discounted price was charged at 2 times the original price! Not impressed!

USMobility impaired and this service is a… Mobility impaired and this service is a life saver. I’ve never had an issue in NY and all of my orders have arrived on time generally within 20 minutes most of the time. GoPuff is also much more affordable for my every day essentials so I am very grateful for that. The fact I just did my usual household run for the month on Gopuff which is usually $100+ (Target/ etc) for less than $30 is FANTASTIC!!!
