I’ve never had an issue in NY and all of my orders have arrived on time generally within 20 minutes most of the time. GoPuff is also much more affordable for my every day essentials so I am very grateful for that. The fact I just did my usual household run for the month on Gopuff which is usually $100+ (Target/ etc) for less than $30 is FANTASTIC!!!

GBHave updated a prior review due to the… Have updated a prior review due to the reason being that these companies this one in particular is an absolute godsend to myself & son as I’m unwell so cannot always get out for necessities. Have used gopuff from the time they started I did stop for a while due to a few order issues but mistakes do happen & were all human. Gopuff is a huge help when unable to get out & I just want to say I’m super grateful for your service. Just placed an order which all arrived on time the expiry dates are fantastic & was kept informed about the delivery from start to finish. The driver was very kind & professional who brought the order safely to the front door of my apartment. One suggestion is maybe lower the fam membership as it were at the start if so I’d definitely re join & order a lot more on a regular as I do get my big grocery shop delivered but for the necessities like milk, bread etc when ran out Gopuff would be used far more as the initial membership was around £3 whereas now it’s almost double that. Saying that I don’t mind really paying the £2.99 delivery fee especially when the orders are great. Ps I have had issues in past yet it’s no biggie & people have to remember no one’s perfect & mistakes do & can happen. Thanks GOPUFF for making our lives easier ! 5🌟’s all day long - please keep up the great work & service 🙏🏼

GBAfter quite a few issues with the… After quite a few issues with the driving partners (rude, damaged items, missing items), as well as an awful customer service experience. I've decided to make a complaint and leave reviews. On this occasion my order was missing several times. Requested to fill in missing items form (didn't work). So wrote direct email to support. Get sent a survey to complete in return. Only when I prompted them to reply with a solution, did they offer an £8 discount code.... I replied stating that I will have no use for the voucher as I have ended my membership and would like a refund as initially requested. I suffer with a disability and thus rely heavily on remote food delivery services. I explained this to them. I have spent over £3500 since they opened in Cambridge and use their "fam" membership. My average spend is £20-£80 each time. I'm not one for making complaints but isn't the purpose of remote grocery purchasing supposed to be one of convenience? Just a poor, overpriced and underwhelming experience that requires far too much effort to regain a few quid that they lost in error.

I have tried to order 2 days in a row, waited 3 hrs yesterday, u cancelled my order on me. Now, I've been waiting since 6:30 EDT, and it is a time sensitive order. I have been in Sales and CS for 25 years and have never been this disappointed. Help?" Update For those of you who really know me, I never do this. I am so disappointed with this service that I have to ask for your support. I *tried* to order from Gopuff this weekend. Sat. my order was in by 7P. I got a notification at 12:17A that it was cancelled. Sunday I ordered at 6:30P and received notification that it was cancelled at 1:07A! I chatted with 8 CSR's who all paid lip service but couldn't get anything done. The reason they cited was they didn't have enough drivers. Shockingly, they just had a major layoff, including drivers. Please, please, please boycott this site (I should have known, they only have a 1.7 rating). What do I have to do to have someone take my money? Even if you don't boycott, please think 20x before ordering from Gopuff. Yours truly, L
