GBAbsolutely disgusting behaviour from… Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the customer service team they literally gave me raw chicken which was expired and smelt like rotten eggs!!!! Later on I spoke to them for them to say they’re unable to refund me because they assume it doesn’t look expired?? Can someone file a health inspection on them because it’s starting to become a joke! They indirectly called me a liar and robbed me off because of that my family had to miss out on dinner because of their stupidity. GUYS DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL ROB YOU OFF AND WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANYTHING! (The ratings give a clear accurate answer of what they are)

GBPlaced my first order today and never again Placed my first order today and driver couldn't find my location. GBOver priced and tired of it Nothing has gone wrong but the overprice you guys literally do a 3m75 fee before 11 and drop a 5.95 fee after 11 most people that order yall foolishness is late after 11 I've never decided to come all the way to a site on go puff just to let yall kno I deleted that overpriced foolishness that should tell you alot you guys are doing to much with no proper explanation plus there no proper explanation to overcharging America in the middle of sending money every else where bit home...so just came by to say see ya I would do this app another day on my life

GBBoycott gopuff Sent this message to their entire executive team... let's see if I actually hear back from anyone... "I want to let you know that ur service is broken. I have tried to order 2 days in a row, waited 3 hrs yesterday, u cancelled my order on me. Now, I've been waiting since 6:30 EDT, and it is a time sensitive order. I have been in Sales and CS for 25 years and have never been this disappointed. Help?" Update For those of you who really know me, I never do this. I am so disappointed with this service that I have to ask for your support. I *tried* to order from Gopuff this weekend. Sat. my order was in by 7P. I got a notification at 12:17A that it was cancelled. Sunday I ordered at 6:30P and received notification that it was cancelled at 1:07A! I chatted with 8 CSR's who all paid lip service but couldn't get anything done. The reason they cited was they didn't have enough drivers. Shockingly, they just had a major layoff, including drivers. Please, please, please boycott this site (I should have known, they only have a 1.7 rating). What do I have to do to have someone take my money? Even if you don't boycott, please think 20x before ordering from Gopuff. Yours truly, L

GBRaw chicken ordered only 24 hours in… Raw chicken ordered only 24 hours in date, offered a refund but I can't use the it without spending more money on delivery, so I didn't accept it. Won't be using the service again. The food could have gone to someone who could have eaten it quickly, but instead the food was wasted. Tip for the future, check the date of raw chicken before delivering or if you offer a refund don't leave the customer to pay for the delivery twice. Call me old fashion but thats minimal effort guys.
