GBOrdered a taxi for 6.30 pm wasn't told… Ordered a taxi for 6.30 pm wasn't told they were busy. After a few calls to the rank.the taxi finally turned up nearly a hour later.poor service.

GBNever ever again Was trouble from start to finish. It started on the day they were supposed to collect my boxes to which they gave me no specific time but rather be ready at 9am. So I sat there with an empty room on the floor the whole day until 5pm to which I call to which I was told they had gone to the incorrect address and had not gone to my actual address! So I then had to travel 2 hours home only to come back again next week for another pickup. To where again, I waited all day as no specific time was given. And then when I received my boxes again, well I say boxes as they were definitely not a box anymore as it looked as if they had been ran over repeatedly by lorries and dropped from space, I counted that I was missing a box. When I received my final box (which was also mushed) the next day after calling , my monitor, which was wrapped in bubble wrap, a thick duvet and clothes, was heavily damaged on one corner and no longer functioning (BROKEN).

GBPoor service Emails get ignored or take an age to reply, collection dates missed. They do not work well with the Universities. In the end it seems I paid for 3 boxes (only 2 were packed!), that were retained in the college halls throughout and then we had to collect ourselves.

GBDO NOT USE !!! Awful experience from start to finish - and not finished yet !! Boxes not delivered for packing - had to run out and get own boxes. Then 3 out of 6 boxes not delivered on delivery date. One arrived 2 weeks late totally smashed and the other 2 still haven't arrived. DO NOT USE. !!!!!!!

GBTerrible experience never again. Terrible experience never again. They did not contact me and take it as my blame when they came to the wrong place, at the same time no prove of them being around the accommodation to collect my boxes. Then they request me to put those boxes into a collection for them to pick them up- Did not happen as well. Then they start to blame me for the wrong address when I emailed them the right one. Late reply and terrible communication.
