The container is too small and not safe The container is too small that required me to rent 3 instead of one medium size from other vendor(s). Too small means the hard boarded surrounding doesn't allow to pack multiple items stacked, ended up using 3, not filled. Also, my items inside are broken in pieces.... Never again from this vendor. Also, they charge you for rescheduling fees where they don't give enough time in the first place. They don't bother not keeping their pick-up schedule. No a fair deal. Their refund processing is too slow... Too many problems with Door-to-Door!

Exterminate your storage space/building While the help of having someone pack the container is nice, I wish I would have done it myself due to the broken items I retrieved while unpacking. Even when I suggested somethings I was ignored, I realized this after receiving my items and noticing where things were placed. The facility should also be sprayed with insect spray, I had so many roaches in my house after the delivery of my items.... GROSS!

Never ever again Was trouble from start to finish. It started on the day they were supposed to collect my boxes to which they gave me no specific time but rather be ready at 9am. So I sat there with an empty room on the floor the whole day until 5pm to which I call to which I was told they had gone to the incorrect address and had not gone to my actual address! So I then had to travel 2 hours home only to come back again next week for another pickup. To where again, I waited all day as no specific time was given. And then when I received my boxes again, well I say boxes as they were definitely not a box anymore as it looked as if they had been ran over repeatedly by lorries and dropped from space, I counted that I was missing a box. When I received my final box (which was also mushed) the next day after calling , my monitor, which was wrapped in bubble wrap, a thick duvet and clothes, was heavily damaged on one corner and no longer functioning (BROKEN).

Disappointed It has taken me this long to review due to the extreme amount of damage done to my belongings in storage making angry when writing reviews. I retrieved my belongings on 6/24/16. First there was some sort of rodent that got into my box that left droppings everywhere and chewed and destroyed many of my things. It was given access to many of my storage containers due to the damage done to them in storage described below. The plastic storage boxes inside and some of the loose objects were also heavily damaged, it appeared from being moved/up and down frequently over the course of a year, although I guess its possible all the physical damage was done during the transportation. These same boxes showed no sign of wear in the year of storage before being given to Door to Door. The box got from point A to point B, but I would not recommend Door to Door to anyone.

You get (if your lucky) what you pay for.. Internal tie-down handles are fixed only half way up from the unit base, so if your estimating your storage needs on notion you'll be able to secure your boxes stacked to the ceiling, guess again. And when your standing there telling your wife thru the back of your head.. "We're gonna need a bigger boat", it's going to dawn on you what a racket this is. Win-win for these guys cause you loose your hundred bucks, ect. when you cancel. ...and if you DO end up canceling, enter the " making reservations" extention (rather than existing) or you'll be on hold for hours ; )
