USSarena needs additional customer service training 2nd time using Door to Door. Great experience all the way around until you speak to Sarena in customer service. She has a harsh tone and very matter of fact. I had an issue with something I was told by my local office and Sarena seemed to know that I was never told that. She wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor either. I finally gave up. She clearly was up for an argument. I was never able to get the issue resolved.

USYou get (if your lucky) what you pay for.. Internal tie-down handles are fixed only half way up from the unit base, so if your estimating your storage needs on notion you'll be able to secure your boxes stacked to the ceiling, guess again. And when your standing there telling your wife thru the back of your head.. "We're gonna need a bigger boat", it's going to dawn on you what a racket this is. Win-win for these guys cause you loose your hundred bucks, ect. when you cancel. ...and if you DO end up canceling, enter the " making reservations" extention (rather than existing) or you'll be on hold for hours ; )

USExterminate your storage space/building While the help of having someone pack the container is nice, I wish I would have done it myself due to the broken items I retrieved while unpacking. Even when I suggested somethings I was ignored, I realized this after receiving my items and noticing where things were placed. The facility should also be sprayed with insect spray, I had so many roaches in my house after the delivery of my items.... GROSS!

USUnacceptable Terrible equipment very cheap. Changes after agreement has been made for pickup was almost impossible and their warehouse was literally a rock throw from my house

USThe worst experience ever! I had been a customer for almost 3 years. I made several attemps to gain access to my container only to find out that the facility had moved location without notifying there customers, and that I could not have access until the completed the move. Tha facility hours had changed and were only open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. When I finally closed my account and had the container delivered to vacate the lock had been changed. I was advised by customer service to go to a hardware store to but a bolt cutter. I would not recommend this company to any one.
