Absence of communication to begin with - they take time to email back and when they do, eventually, their - Trisha's - response pretty much says "we don't care". When you call for anything else but a quote you get a host of voice memos and end up in a voicemail. Delivery date after a storage period? Make sure you talk to the contractors ahead of time because IVL does not care. Extra services contracted via IVL - like moving a precious piano - we are still waiting for that to be completed....

Accommodating and always pleasant. Moving is very stressful, but International Van Lines sure made things easier! I would give them ten stars if I could! They were accommodating and always pleasant, and they showed up ON TIME and were ready to work. The workers are VERY STRONG and had no problem moving our safe and appliances down a spiral staircase.

Utterly useless, will not return messages or calls Trying to get in touch with this company about my Aunt's shipment from California. I have emailed multiple times, made contact on the website multiple times, called repeatedly, left messages, asked for status reports online, contacted their 'immediate response' line and CHAT on the website to absolutely no avail. It seems they don't give a toss about customers once they already have the order. Only new customers seem to have the ability to get anyone to engage with them. Furious. Will be raising a formal complaint at the highest level.

Worst of the Worst Just another dishonest broker hiring the cheapest 3rd party movers. My estimate went from 10k to 16k based on their 3rd party mover wrapping and loading half my stuff, then telling me it would be 6k more. IVL was MIA when I tried to reach out and voice my displeasure. Their 3rd party mover also broke over a dozen items, most notably my $4500 reclining leather sofa, and $2500 platform bed. Once they get their cut they are non-existent. Do not use this company.

They use workers hired that morning from the HD parking lot Do not use this company! They just hire a cheap local contractor who will do a crappy job and keep your money. My delivery crew was literally hired that morning from the local Home Depot parking lot. While this inexperienced crew damaged all my crap, the driver just sat in the truck and did nothing. Over $5k in damage and they just left everything by the front door. Didn't reassemble any of my furniture. And then just lied and made excuses during the complaint process. Actually said they sympathized with the driver while admitting he violated company policy. Save your money and your stuff and hire someone else.
