They were accommodating and always pleasant, and they showed up ON TIME and were ready to work. The workers are VERY STRONG and had no problem moving our safe and appliances down a spiral staircase.

“Churn and Burn” They're shady at best. They will take your money and run. Luckily, I did not get scammed. I've read the trust pilot reviews after receiving a quote. Everything was going great, then silence… Everything was going great and according to plan until the person who is supposed to send updates on the arrival of my possessions in London went radio silent. It’s been four months since the movers picked up my stuff and I received one update about two months ago. Four emails requesting an update have gone unanswered. I understand that the war and covid are causing delays. But can’t they just write me????

The final price was 20 percent more… The final price was 20 percent more than the estimate. They add on loads of fees for rolling up a driveway or down a hall. Like $600 more for a small apartment move. Then you must pay by venmo or cash to the driver who just takes this money.

They are awful They are awful, very unprofessional. I had the worst experience moving from LA to Hong Kong with them. The shipment took more than 3 months to arrive and whenever I tried to contact them I was going straight to voicemail and they never answered any email. I really thought I lost all my stuff. When the shipment finally arrived, there were hundreds of dollars of additional charges. They are awful STAY AWAY!!!!!
