They are awful They are awful, very unprofessional. I had the worst experience moving from LA to Hong Kong with them. The shipment took more than 3 months to arrive and whenever I tried to contact them I was going straight to voicemail and they never answered any email. I really thought I lost all my stuff. When the shipment finally arrived, there were hundreds of dollars of additional charges. They are awful STAY AWAY!!!!!

Worst of the Worst Just another dishonest broker hiring the cheapest 3rd party movers. My estimate went from 10k to 16k based on their 3rd party mover wrapping and loading half my stuff, then telling me it would be 6k more. IVL was MIA when I tried to reach out and voice my displeasure. Their 3rd party mover also broke over a dozen items, most notably my $4500 reclining leather sofa, and $2500 platform bed. Once they get their cut they are non-existent. Do not use this company.

Utterly useless, will not return messages or calls Trying to get in touch with this company about my Aunt's shipment from California. I have emailed multiple times, made contact on the website multiple times, called repeatedly, left messages, asked for status reports online, contacted their 'immediate response' line and CHAT on the website to absolutely no avail. It seems they don't give a toss about customers once they already have the order. Only new customers seem to have the ability to get anyone to engage with them. Furious. Will be raising a formal complaint at the highest level.

The final price was 20 percent more… The final price was 20 percent more than the estimate. They add on loads of fees for rolling up a driveway or down a hall. Like $600 more for a small apartment move. Then you must pay by venmo or cash to the driver who just takes this money.

Don't use this "moving company." Don't use this "moving company." Took nearly 14 months for a small shipment to arrive in Germany from US. Half of the shipment was lost, appeared months later in the UK, and took another two months to get to Germany. In US, packers showed up in an Enterprise Rent-a-Truck, all nice guys but only one had ever packed things before, and I had to show them how to do it. Once packed up, the company was quick to bill me for the entire shipment, but never, or only weeks or months after me repeatedly asking them, responded to my queries about the location of my effects and their likely shipment date. Including this company, which appears to be nothing more than a broker operation, I dealt with at least four other companies, all of which have their own rules, and didn't always deliver the service that I paid the "moving company" for. I've moved many times over the years and can tell the difference between a professional operation and fly-by-night jobs. Avoid this company.
