FI“Churn and Burn” They're shady at best. They will take your money and run. Luckily, I did not get scammed. I've read the trust pilot reviews after receiving a quote. They have a 'churn and burn' philosophy. Thank you past Trustpilot reviewers. You did a good service for honest people. IVL, I hope you get your act together. Otherwise, your business is the only one that will be Churning and Burning.

HKThey are awful They are awful, very unprofessional. I had the worst experience moving from LA to Hong Kong with them. The shipment took more than 3 months to arrive and whenever I tried to contact them I was going straight to voicemail and they never answered any email. I really thought I lost all my stuff. When the shipment finally arrived, there were hundreds of dollars of additional charges. They are awful STAY AWAY!!!!!

GBPushy sales guy “Nico” We are moving overseas. My wife called this company for a quote and instead of them explaining how it was all going to work, the sales guy simply pressured her for 2k on our credit card. He said that they were “at capacity” and that we needed to pay now to “reserve a spot”. B’bye! Goes to show that even though the CEO seems has such an inspirational story, it doesn’t always translate to good customer service. By the way, they do 80% shipping in the USA. So much for “international”.

GBWorst of the Worst Just another dishonest broker hiring the cheapest 3rd party movers. My estimate went from 10k to 16k based on their 3rd party mover wrapping and loading half my stuff, then telling me it would be 6k more. IVL was MIA when I tried to reach out and voice my displeasure. Their 3rd party mover also broke over a dozen items, most notably my $4500 reclining leather sofa, and $2500 platform bed. Once they get their cut they are non-existent. Do not use this company.

GBIVL: Loss, Damage and Theft I contracted with International Van Lines based on positive online reviews. I moved from PA to CA in March 2019. Their staff did over $2,000 worth of damage to my antique wood furniture, lost boxes of china, crystal, family heirlooms, and some old jewelry and silver went missing (even though the cases and stands these items were in arrived). After paying $15,000 for the move (much demanded in cash), my loss is estimated at $25,000. I was offered $500 if I signed their release form (which I refused to do), and am now said to be due around $100. The communication was terrible once I signed and sent the deposit, as was almost everything else. DO NOT USE INTERNATIONAL VAN LINES.
