It seems they don't give a toss about customers once they already have the order. Only new customers seem to have the ability to get anyone to engage with them. Furious. Will be raising a formal complaint at the highest level.

The final price was 20 percent more… The final price was 20 percent more than the estimate. They add on loads of fees for rolling up a driveway or down a hall. Like $600 more for a small apartment move. Then you must pay by venmo or cash to the driver who just takes this money.
