GBStay away from this company I'd like to thank International Van Lines for absolutely the worst moving experience in my life. I moved from EU to California and from California to Texas before and I experienced some good relocation service. With International Van Lines I experienced delays, total lack of communication, incompetence, and absolutely not giving a **** about my stuff. It's been packed without any organization (like, garage stuff found in boxes marked as kitchen), no numbering, things like fragile pictures or my PC were just wrapped in a plastic wrap (!) and threw with the rest into the shipping container. Motorcycles, that were supposed to be strapped and secured, were lying down on the floor of the container. One motorcycle came with broken gear shifter. Many other things scratched, broken, or missing parts, we couldn't assemble our bed because frame was broken, the mattress torn and dirty and the screws all over the container. The local relocation company contractors that unloaded the container in Poland told me they have never seen such mess in 10 years of their careers.

HKThey are awful They are awful, very unprofessional. I had the worst experience moving from LA to Hong Kong with them. The shipment took more than 3 months to arrive and whenever I tried to contact them I was going straight to voicemail and they never answered any email. I really thought I lost all my stuff. When the shipment finally arrived, there were hundreds of dollars of additional charges. They are awful STAY AWAY!!!!!

GBWorst of the Worst Just another dishonest broker hiring the cheapest 3rd party movers. My estimate went from 10k to 16k based on their 3rd party mover wrapping and loading half my stuff, then telling me it would be 6k more. IVL was MIA when I tried to reach out and voice my displeasure. Their 3rd party mover also broke over a dozen items, most notably my $4500 reclining leather sofa, and $2500 platform bed. Once they get their cut they are non-existent. Do not use this company.

GBGhastly situation Ghastly situation. They require cash or postal money orders for the final payment and the driver did not give a receipt to my son. Yes, I know he should have asked, but it shouldn't be hard to get afterwards. They will not respond to my voice messages or emails. Without the final receipt I can't get reimbursed.

DEDon't use this "moving company." Don't use this "moving company." Took nearly 14 months for a small shipment to arrive in Germany from US. Half of the shipment was lost, appeared months later in the UK, and took another two months to get to Germany. In US, packers showed up in an Enterprise Rent-a-Truck, all nice guys but only one had ever packed things before, and I had to show them how to do it. Once packed up, the company was quick to bill me for the entire shipment, but never, or only weeks or months after me repeatedly asking them, responded to my queries about the location of my effects and their likely shipment date. Including this company, which appears to be nothing more than a broker operation, I dealt with at least four other companies, all of which have their own rules, and didn't always deliver the service that I paid the "moving company" for. I've moved many times over the years and can tell the difference between a professional operation and fly-by-night jobs. Avoid this company.
