Yes, I know he should have asked, but it shouldn't be hard to get afterwards. They will not respond to my voice messages or emails. Without the final receipt I can't get reimbursed.

Lying Long Distance Mover IVL implied 7 day delivery of my household goods from pickup day of Jan 23, 2023, but it's going to be at least Feb 9th or 10th - nearly 3 weeks and no guarantees then. They're hiding behind the Federal rule that gives them 21 days (and I believe they are erroneously saying 21 business days instead of calendar days and doing some tricks for when they say the 21 days begins. No concern for hardship they are putting their clients to. I've moved across country 4 times and have NEVER incurred this kind of delay with other carriers! As far as I'm concerned they are as bad as a lot of other movers, and I would not recommend them at all.

False first impression First impression - great. The quote was quick and straightforward. But as soon as we signed the contract things have gone south. Absence of communication to begin with - they take time to email back and when they do, eventually, their - Trisha's - response pretty much says "we don't care". When you call for anything else but a quote you get a host of voice memos and end up in a voicemail. Delivery date after a storage period? Make sure you talk to the contractors ahead of time because IVL does not care. Extra services contracted via IVL - like moving a precious piano - we are still waiting for that to be completed....

“Churn and Burn” They're shady at best. They will take your money and run. Luckily, I did not get scammed. I've read the trust pilot reviews after receiving a quote. They have a 'churn and burn' philosophy. Thank you past Trustpilot reviewers. You did a good service for honest people. IVL, I hope you get your act together. Otherwise, your business is the only one that will be Churning and Burning.

Accommodating and always pleasant. Moving is very stressful, but International Van Lines sure made things easier! I would give them ten stars if I could! They were accommodating and always pleasant, and they showed up ON TIME and were ready to work. The workers are VERY STRONG and had no problem moving our safe and appliances down a spiral staircase.
