GBI hired international van lines for a… I hired international van lines for a move from Wisconsin to Missouri. I was assured during the deposit process my move wouldn’t take longer than 7 days despite the contract mandating 21 days (seems like that was just a formality). We only saved 1,000 from hiring a local company. That 1,000 was not worth it. It has been so stressful, they seem understaffed, etc. just go local- when it is such a stressful time in your life, it isn’t worth going with this company.

FI“Churn and Burn” They're shady at best. They will take your money and run. Luckily, I did not get scammed. I've read the trust pilot reviews after receiving a quote. They have a 'churn and burn' philosophy. Thank you past Trustpilot reviewers. You did a good service for honest people. IVL, I hope you get your act together. Otherwise, your business is the only one that will be Churning and Burning.

GBDeceptive practices! They do not disclose they are a broker and use substandard companies that pick up their help off craigslist. The particular awful company they subbed out for my move destroyed everything! Additionally, law requires movers to offer full insurance and IVL did not (because they were subbing out the move). Bad company!!!

GBUtterly useless, will not return messages or calls Trying to get in touch with this company about my Aunt's shipment from California. I have emailed multiple times, made contact on the website multiple times, called repeatedly, left messages, asked for status reports online, contacted their 'immediate response' line and CHAT on the website to absolutely no avail. It seems they don't give a toss about customers once they already have the order. Only new customers seem to have the ability to get anyone to engage with them. Furious. Will be raising a formal complaint at the highest level.

GBPushy sales guy “Nico” We are moving overseas. My wife called this company for a quote and instead of them explaining how it was all going to work, the sales guy simply pressured her for 2k on our credit card. He said that they were “at capacity” and that we needed to pay now to “reserve a spot”. B’bye! Goes to show that even though the CEO seems has such an inspirational story, it doesn’t always translate to good customer service. By the way, they do 80% shipping in the USA. So much for “international”.
