Unclear on what the service actually probides I was unaware that I required a parking permit for loading and unloading, meaning that the move had to be cancled. The unpakt team didn't mention that this may be an issue worth investigating, additionally much of the literature on the site says that you don't need to contact your mover before the move because 'it's all settled'. I'm extremely frustrated with their service, when I called the customer service rep they said "oh yea, well you should have done that, I know it's not on our website. Nothing we can do sorry". Not a great experience.

Put false charges on my move after the fact Horrid company which is absolutely worthless at customer services. Our movers were rude and put extra charges on the contract after we signed it, and tried to charge us for it. I called and chatted with unpakt and they told me I had to take it up with the moving company. They made no attempt to resolve or correct the issue and were rude about it. Would never work with them again.

Unethical company Bait and switched the pricing (added more after they had picked up my stuff). I specifically told them they did not have authorization to charge my credit card, they did it anyway. Unethical company. Stay away.

DO NOT USE UNPAKT, possible fraud. Scheduled with unpakt 6 months prior to move. Was given 1 mover to choose from. unpakt charged me IN FULL 2 days before the move. Email, text and phone confirmations prior to the move. 1 hour before the move, the local company cancels. unpakt customer service was unavailable - NO HELP AT ALL. > unpakt is a referral service. That is all. The local mover they referred me to was horrible. Not much of vetting process here. > unpakt charges outrageously. The company I found (last minute, showed up within 2 hours) charged 60% of what unpakt did. AND they didn't charge until AFTER the job (except deposit). > unpakt customer service is the worst. No answer for several hours on the day their mover cancelled and I HAD to be out of my house. > I had to dispute the charges thru my CC company. THAT'S CORRECT: they no show, but wouldn't refund my money. Fraudulent.
