I love Lindywell I love Lindywell! It’s great for stretching and I do get a bit sweaty! Some days I just need a quick workout other days a whole body workout which really does its job. I signed up for a year so keep it coming Robin… I love your Pilates program! This is my second round!

I have really enjoyed the ease of the keeping my back flexible… I have really enjoyed the ease of the app and it's content. I suffered a spine injury several years ago and really appreciate the adaptiveness of all instructions so I don't hurt myself again. In addition, I feel all exercises provide enough work to keep me increasing strength and flexibility. The breath work and recipe section have also been enjoyed by my family.

Lindywell Lindywell, Robin and the team have continued to be the kind of encouragement I need. Personally, I believe more women need to hear their message of ‘grace over guilt’ and whole body wellness.
