Lindywell keeps me moving I have been a Lindywell member for over 3 years and love it! I enjoy that I can either follow the calendar with its variety of daily workouts or select my own. It’s the first exercise I program I have been able to stick to. The variety is fantastic and they have been very mindful in their growth. Highly recommend

I did the free 14 day trial of… I did the free 14 day trial of Lindywell after a friend's suggestion. Loved it. Then decided to try some other free trials or classes online for a few weeks before I committed to Lindywell. Nothing came close to Lindywell! Signed up for an annual membership and am so happy I did!

Wish I had found this app years ago!! Wish I had found this app years ago!!! Wonderful variety of workouts. I can already feel and see changes in my body after just two months. The breathwork component is unique to Lindywell and has so much value! I am looking forward to using these workouts for years to come and can't wait to continue getting healthier. I have already recommended Lindywell to several of my family and friends. Give it a try!!

I love Lindywell! I love Lindywell! They offer a variety of workouts, for newbies and for advanced pilates users. Also, included in our monthly membership are nutritious recipes, breathwork options and a workout calendar you can use or if you are not feeling the day's workout you can choose what feels good to your body that day. Grace over guilt mentality.

Almost perfect I love Robins style of instruction and the app is easy to navigate. I love the daily calendar with planned workout. If I had my ultimate “want” it would be that I could customize the calendar for my personal goals and each daily workout would be working toward that. As I am trying to lose weight and be more fit they daily workouts don’t always match that goal. I can always find something but just live the convenience of being told what to do 😁
