I have really enjoyed the ease of the keeping my back flexible… I have really enjoyed the ease of the app and it's content. I suffered a spine injury several years ago and really appreciate the adaptiveness of all instructions so I don't hurt myself again. In addition, I feel all exercises provide enough work to keep me increasing strength and flexibility. The breath work and recipe section have also been enjoyed by my family.

Great for working Mom! I love the convenience and work out options. So very flexible to fit my time window, how much body feels, etc. I many times choose the daily options, but love the flexibility to choose another workout. I never knew I needed breathe work… short effort for lasting results. Great app!

The daily workouts are great The daily workouts are great. Some are to hard for me but I make due. I like the recipes you offer. Would like to see more nutritional guidance without a full blown lecture. I do really find Lindywell a great workout tool

Lindywell Lindywell, Robin and the team have continued to be the kind of encouragement I need. Personally, I believe more women need to hear their message of ‘grace over guilt’ and whole body wellness. The movement portion, the breathing exercises, the recipes, plus the reminders that we are on a journey toward full health, are perfect for pursuing lifelong practices.
