FRA fabulous community and wellness platform Lindywell is a fabulous community and platform for both Pilates and wellness. Robyn and her team are so supportive and encouraging that it is always a joy to get on my mat. I also love the podcasts that are both inspiring and motivating. Lindywell is like a huge hug everyday and I love it!

GBLindywell has been a life changing… Lindywell has been a life changing resource for me to build strength, stretch, and gain mobility. I had some unexplained back issues that would just crop up with no warning, but after doing Pilates, they have not been an issue.My body feels stronger and more mobile. I love that I can log on and the daily workout is teed up. I don't have to waste time hunting for a workout I feel like doing. and keep track of what part of my body I focused on the previous day. I appreciate there is a theme for each month so I know what is being targeted and feel like throughout the course of the day, week, and month I am hitting multiple areas, giving me a balanced body. There is usually one day of the week where the workout is the same. I love seeing my growth and progression from week 1 to week 4. The thing that caught my eye when originally searching was Robin's Grace Over Guilt mission. Plus, she is a regular mom of 4! She, and her team, are always encouraging us to "embrace where you are" and there are always modifications to assist my success. I ALWAYS feel better after my time on my mat!

GBAlmost perfect I love Robins style of instruction and the app is easy to navigate. I love the daily calendar with planned workout. If I had my ultimate “want” it would be that I could customize the calendar for my personal goals and each daily workout would be working toward that. As I am trying to lose weight and be more fit they daily workouts don’t always match that goal. I can always find something but just live the convenience of being told what to do 😁

GBLindywell Lindywell, Robin and the team have continued to be the kind of encouragement I need. Personally, I believe more women need to hear their message of ‘grace over guilt’ and whole body wellness. The movement portion, the breathing exercises, the recipes, plus the reminders that we are on a journey toward full health, are perfect for pursuing lifelong practices. Like Robin has said before, it’s more than just what size of jeans you fit into. It’s inner strength, stress management, positive self talk, nourishing eating, daily movements, rest, fun that make a difference and make a person truly healthy. Thanks, Lindywell for all the ways you have made a difference in my life. I’m thankful for you!
