Difficult to reach via email and rude Customer Service Difficult to reach via email. I finally was able to get the 800 number by Googling it and the representative was a vile, utterly rude human being who never listened to me and hung up the phone on me after I tried to confirm the things I shared with her on phone. I never received any assistance for what I was needing help for and I will make sure I tell people I know to never shop here if this is the type of rudeness and vile piece of crap they are as humans.
