Difficult to reach via email and rude Customer Service Difficult to reach via email. I finally was able to get the 800 number by Googling it and the representative was a vile, utterly rude human being who never listened to me and hung up the phone on me after I tried to confirm the things I shared with her on phone. I never received any assistance for what I was needing help for and I will make sure I tell people I know to never shop here if this is the type of rudeness and vile piece of crap they are as humans.

Ring fell apart after one day Item fell apart after one day. They did respond in a helpful way, apologizing And fixing the problem promtly. We'll see how well the fixed ring will hold up?
